Assimilate to the Fa, Facing Ordeals and Letting Go of Self

(Clearwisdom.net) I learned Falun Dafa in 1996. I have learned many lessons from my ordeals over the last ten years. All of them came from my fundamental attachments of fear, showing off, being unrealistic and laziness. Today I will write about my experience in order to dig out the roots of my attachments. Then I can walk my path well in the future.

After February 9, 2005 (Chinese New Year Day), my predestined time was ripe, a fellow practitioner woke me up finally, and I obtained the Fa.

I am a Falun Dafa practitioner who came to the US from Beijing, China. Starting in 1999, when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began to persecute Falun Gong, I was illegally detained four times. Two times I was held in a detention center and the other two times in a forced labor camp. Please find below a synopsis of what I have suffered.
