(Clearwisdom.net) In mid-September, four UK practitioners started a five-day car tour in southern England, to promote Falun Gong and to urge the British people, media and government officials to pay attention to the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) inhuman crime of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners.

The first stop of the car tour was Salisbury. The practitioners had sent out a press release prior to their visit. When they arrived at the local BBC Radio station, a man who was entering the building asked them if they wanted to follow him. After a short chat, the practitioners learned that he was a BBC reporter just coming back from an interview. As soon as this reporter learned about the allegations of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, he was shocked and decided to interview the practitioners on the spot.

In the interview, an English practitioner first introduced some background information about this issue of organ harvesting, and then a practitioner who had been illegally detained in China talked about the tortures and persecution he experienced in a Chinese forced labor camp. The English practitioner then talked about how people could help stop the CCP's crimes against Falun Gong practitioners. After the interview, the reporter expressed his support for the car tour and asked for copies of informational materials in Chinese and English.

After the BBC interview, the practitioners visited the local Member of Parliament. The secretary of the MP had an in-depth chat with them. During the conversation, she expressed several times her shock over the issue of organ harvesting and her support for the car tour. Before the practitioners left, she said with tears in her eyes that she would urge the MP to write to the Prime Minister as soon as possible, to push the British government to condemn the CCP crimes.

The second stop of the car tour was Exeter. ITV came to video the practitioners' activity. The biggest local newspaper also sent a reporter to take some photos. A local MP came to welcome them. After a brief discussion, the practitioners decided to divide into two groups. One group stayed at the shopping centre to distribute truth-clarification materials. Another group went to the city council and the local university media office and delivered information about the organ harvesting issue.

The next stop was Taunton. In order not to affect the traffic flow, a police officer asked the practitioners to put their table at the intersection of a road undergoing construction. But soon after practitioners finished setting up, the mayor of the city came out. He expressed his support and greetings to the practitioners and took a photo with them. Then he offered to have the practitioners hold their activity at the other end of the street, which is the busiest intersection in this city.

Soon after, a local councilor also came out to welcome the practitioners and took photos with them. After some sharing at lunchtime, the practitioners divided into two groups again. One group continued with distributing truth-clarification materials and the other group went to a radio station for an interview. During the interview, a practitioner talked about the persecution while the other two sent forth righteous thoughts. When the interview was approaching the end, the interviewer told the practitioners that she originally planned to have her vacation in China, but after learning the truth, she decided to give up this plan. Before they left, their hostess said from her heart, "You have brought the sunshine. This is true; you have brought sunshine not only to our radio station, but also to the local residents."

After the radio interview, another two English practitioners visited the BBC Radio branch. The presenter was somewhat apologetic, and said that her program only contained peaceful and relaxing content, and was unsuitable for the topic of human rights abuses. The practitioners suggested that they speak about the beauty of Falun Gong and its positive effects. Then the hostess decided to have them on her show. A practitioner demonstrated the first exercise, Buddha Showing a Thousand Hands, while another practitioner talked about the principles of the exercises, gave information about Dafa websites and local contact information. At the end of the program, the presenter talked with practitioners about the persecution of this beautiful exercise system in China.

The fourth stop was Bristol. The plan of holding a public event on the street was canceled because of heavy rain, so the practitioners decided to concentrate on visiting the local media. The last stop of the car tour was Guildford. Many of the local people signed the petition to condemn the CCP's crime of organ harvesting, and the mayor also met with the practitioners. In their meeting with the mayor, the practitioners helped him to change his misunderstanding about some issues pertaining to Falun Gong and also gave him some relevant materials to read.

After the car tour finished, the practitioners realized that in southern England there are still many sentient beings waiting to know the facts about Dafa. This car tour is just the beginning. Practitioners plan to help more sentient beings have the opportunity to know about Dafa and to experience the sunshine that Dafa brings.
