Clearwisdom Collection: The Case of Ms. Gao Rongrong - Face Disfigured in Brutal Torture, Has Now Died From Further Brutality in Police Custody

Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Gao Rongrong, an accountant at the Luxun Fine Arts College in Shenyang City, was abducted from her home by local police on June 22, 2003, and taken to Longshan Forced Labor Camp. On June 16, 2005, Gao died in the emergency room of China Medical University Hospital of complications stemming from torture and abuse in custody followed nearly two years of incarceration, brainwashing, and torture for her beliefs. During the illegal incarceration and forced labor camp, she lost hearing in one ear, her face was disfigured from seven hours of electric baton shock torture, her bodily organs were atrophying, she was left as only skin and bones. Her life was in grave danger. After she was successfully rescued by Falun Gong practitioners, who publicized her disfigured face to expose the brutal persecution in October, 2004, the 610 Office head Luo Gan personally gave the order to round up practitioners involved. Gao Rongrong was unfortunately rearrested in March, 2005 and died in police custody on June 16, 2005.

Fearing Exposure of the Truth, the CCP Killed Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Gao Rongrong

(Clearwisdom.net) After I heard the shocking news that Ms. Gao Rongrong was tortured to death on June 16, 2005 in Shenyang City, I was filled with indignation. To destroy the evidence of their crime, the persecutors actively put pressure on Ms. Gao's family members to have the body cremated. This is a clear indication that they are in great fear of their crimes being exposed.

Gao Rongrong's Death Reveals CCP's Blood-Thirsty Nature

(Clearwisdom.net) In May 2004, Falun Gong practitioner Gao Rongrong's face was disfigured due to continuous electric shocks. After photos of the abuse were publicized, Gao's case has received a lot of attention in the international community. Her case was also the first case study in the "2004 United Nations Human Rights Report on China's Persecution of Falun Gong." After the exposure, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) not only did not repent or stop, but instead became angry and carried on a more hidden and despicable persecution. Its killing of Gao Rongrong, especially under the spotlight of the international community, reveals its blood-thirsty nature.
