Chinese Officials Ask, "Will I be Served with Legal Papers When Traveling Abroad?"

(Clearwisdom.net) Lawsuits have been filed against many Chinese government officials recently when they traveling abroad. Rumors circulated, claiming that Falun Gong practitioners were harassing Chinese officials traveling abroad. Some government officials fear that they will be served with legal papers when traveling abroad. We wish to comment regarding this issue. First, we wish to caution everyone not to believe all information credited as coming "from within the Chinese government," as such information is self-serving.

New York, USA: The Principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Survives Five Years of Persecution (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) On the evening of July 20, 2004, Falun Gong practitioners in the Great New York Area held a candle light vigil in front of the Chinese Consulate. Their banners in Chinese and English read, "The World Needs Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," "Falun Dafa Is Great" and "Strongly Condemn Terrorism Act of Murder by Hired Gunmen" caught a lot of attention. In the past five years, one thousand and ten Falun Gong practitioners have lost their lives from the persecution. Falun Gong practitioners in New York gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate to mourn their fellow practitioners in China who had paid their lives for their faith in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. As overseas delegate of the Chinese government, the Chinese Consulate has been assisting the persecution by inciting hatred towards Falun Gong in the Chinese community. However, Falun Gong practitioners have always abided by their principles and kept distributing the truth with their noble forbearance. Their candle light vigil again showed their compassion and peacefulness to the world.

Ukraine: "The Path of Falun Gong" Photo Exhibition Held in Boryspil (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) From June 6th to June 9th 2004, Falun Gong practitioners held "The Path of Falun Gong" photo exhibition at the Country History Museum in the Ukrainian city of Boryspil. It showed how Falun Dafa has spread around the world and the peaceful resistance and rational opposition to the persecution taking place in China.
