Teacher Mr. Liu Jie Dies as Result of Persecution - Fuyang City, Anhui Province

Liu Jie, a 35 year-old Falun Gong practitioner, was a teacher at the Datian Middle School in Xihu County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province. In October 2003, after being detained for over one year, he was taken to the hospital where he became comatose. The "610 Office" (1) and the detention center of Fuyang City were callous regarding Liu Jie's condition. To avoid implication, they stationed plainclothes police outside the hospital and monitored all movements. After five months of suffering, Liu Jie passed away in March 2004.

Dafa Practitioner Ms. Xiao Yali Dies as a Result of Persecution at the Shuangcheng City Detention Center, Heilongjiang Province

(Clearwisdom.net) Dafa practitioner Ms. Xiao Yali, 36, lived in Dongfa Village, Dongguan Town, Shuangcheng City, Heilongjiang Province. She died as a result of persecution she received at the Shuangcheng City Detention Center.

Practitioner Ms. Tong Ruilian Died of Torture-Induced Illnesses in Jinan City, Shandong Province in 2001

(Clearwisdom.net) Tong Ruilian was a 62 year old lady working at the Energy Research Institute of Jinan Academy of Science in Shandong Province. She began to practice Falun Gong in March 1999. Before that, she suffered from various diseases and could no longer work. She often felt annoyed because of her illnesses. However, just several months into her practice of Falun Gong, all her illnesses went away. She was also able to look inside whenever there was a conflict, and her family became harmonious.
