Teaching the Fa at the 2004 International Fa Conference in New York

You've been working hard. (Applause)

As a cultivator, and especially as a Fa-rectification period Dafa disciple, you shoulder enormous responsibility, and you have a great mission that history has bestowed upon you. But you have done great, and I, your master, can say this in front of all the beings in the cosmos. Put another way, you have won their admiration. Even though the things you do in this world look a lot like the day-to-day things that ordinary people do, the fact is that the Dafa disciples' basis and the purpose of what you do are completely different.

Hsinzhu, Taiwan: Anti-torture Exhibition Evokes Strong Response from the People (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) It has been over five years since the Jiang regime began the persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999. In order to let more people learn about the severity and brutality of the persecution and to call for it to end, Falun Gong practitioners held a live anti-torture exhibition and press conference on December 18, 2004 in Hsinzhu.

1. The story of a bank CEO

A new practitioner is a CEO of a bank. She likes Falun Dafa very much, and she took the initiative to call me after she heard about Dafa from a practitioner friend of mine. When she was learning the exercises for the very first time, she was able to do the third exercise correctly. This is quite unusual, as many need to see it two or even three times to do it right. She also brought several friends to learn the exercises. Because it is quite cold outside now, she has offered the living room of her house as a practice site.
