A 10-year-old Boy Comes to Understand the Persecution
A 10-year-old boy was looking at the truth-clarifying posters. A practitioner walked over and asked him if he understood what the posters depicted. He said that he understood. The practitioner smiled and asked, "Would you please tell me what you know about it?" The boy answered, "In some places in China, good people are persecuted." The practitioner told him that the persecution is happening throughout the entire country of China. Because tyrant Jiang was jealous of so many people practicing Falun Gong, he started suppressing Falun Gong. The boy said, after listening to this, "Then they could just stop practicing." The practitioner asked him, "Do you have any hobbies?" He answered, "I like taking care of animals." The practitioner asked him, "If you were in China and many people including you enjoy taking care of animals, but the tyrant does not allow you to look after animals, what would you do?" The boy thought about it for a second and said, "The persecution is wrong." The practitioner showed him all the posters exposing the torture methods used against Falun Gong practitioners in China and explained them one by one. He shook his head while listening and said, "Terrible! Terrible!" Later, he signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution.

The Righteousness of a High School Student
A high school student noticed that Falun Gong practitioners have continuously held anti-torture exhibitions and clarified the truth to people in all kinds of weather for several months. She decided to do some research about this. She went online to search for information about Falun Gong and downloaded some photos depicting the torture suffered by practitioners in Mainland China. She told practitioners that when she attended her government class the day before, she told all her classmates about Falun Gong. Some classmates asked her, "How would you know that all of this is true, since the media does not report much on them?" She answered, "You can do the research online."
She also told practitioners enthusiastically that she wanted to learn Falun Gong and she would ask her mother to learn the practice with her. She said that she already found a practice site, which was just opposite her house. She also expressed her understanding that people's attitude towards Falun Gong was really important.
A Kind Gentleman
A gentleman passes by an anti-torture exhibition site every day. Each time he passes, he stops to talk with practitioners and asks them if they have updated Falun Gong truth-clarification materials. He said that his job was to provide financial information to investors. Since he learned about the persecution experienced by Falun Gong practitioners in China, he said he has become more cautious when he provides financial advice. It was extremely cold the other day and he was very concerned about practitioners. He told practitioners that they should stay inside the building, as it was too chilly outside. A practitioner told him that we need to do what we are supposed to do. Upon listening to that, he murmured to himself, "I need to think of a way." The practitioner said goodbye to him and told him to keep himself warm. The man's eyes were welling with tears and he was unable to speak, and had to turn around to avert his eyes.

Although it has been extremely cold these few days, it seems that more people accepted truth-clarifying materials. Many young people enthusiastically signed the petition. Some people said with a smile that they already had the materials. Some people nodded toward practitioners to show their admiration. Perhaps, the great compassion and tolerance that practitioners have embodied in the cold weather have moved people's hearts.
