Canada: Vancouver Practitioners Hold Press Conference to Announce Lawsuit against Jiang, Luo, Liu, Zhou and Li (Photos)

On November 12, 2004, Vancouver Falun Dafa practitioners held a press conference and formally filed a request with the Canadian Chief Prosecutor to sue five Chinese Communist Officials, including Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing, Zhou Yongkang and Li Lanqing based on Canada's Crimes against Humanity and War Crimes Act.

Lawyer David Matas says Attorney General Irwin Cotler could mount the prosecution under Canada's Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act.
