Feliu, proclaimed the week of May 12 through 18, 2003 as Falun Dafa Week in the City of South Miami and invited all the citizens throughout Miami-Dade County to join with the Mayor honoring Falun Gong's efforts to improve society through offering free cultivation classes in the South Miami area.
