Liu Pengling, male, 47, is a senior middle school teacher at Gongchangling District, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province. Because he persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa, he was illegally sentenced to forced labor education in 1999. After he was released, he was detained in the detention center for one month in October 2000. In May 2002, he was again sentenced to three years of forced labor "education." In the labor camp, because he did not give up cultivating Falun Dafa, he was punished with heavy labor and physical punishment. Right now he is imprisoned in the Yuemingshan Labor Camp, Anshan City, Liaoning Province. His home was ransacked once.

In October, during the Sixteenth Party Congress, she was arrested at her relatives' home by the unlawful local police and detained five days at the detention center.

Wang Suqin, female, 58, is a retired worker of a company affiliated with Gongchangling Mine Company of Anshan Iron and Steel Group. Wang Hongyou, male, 80, is a resident of Nangang Village, Yilaha Town, Nenjiang County, Heilongjiang Province. In 1999, because he persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa, he was illegally arrested and held at the detention center for six days, during which all expenses of the public security department were paid by Mr. Wang's son.

Ma Liping (female, 34), Liu Yanfang (female, 40), Li Xiujuan (female, 38), Gao Yanfang (female, 42), and Gao Yanqiu (female, 45) are all residents of Dongjingling Town, Taizihe District, Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province. In 1999, because they persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa and appealed to the government, they were illegally sentenced to forced labor "education."

Zeng Li, female, 42, was a laid off worker of Liaoyang Pipe Company, Liaoyang city, whose employment contact was terminated before expiration date. In 1999, because she persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa and appealed to say just words, she was illegally sentenced to forced labor "education."

Dai Guangshi, male, 33, is a resident of Gongchangling District, Liaoyang City. In 1999, because he persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa, he was illegally detained three times for a total of over two months.

Dai Guiying, female, 44, is a resident of Gongchangling District, Liaoyang City. In 1999, because she persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa and appealed to say just words, she was illegally detained and fined.

In 1999, because he persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa and appealed to say just words on behalf of Falun Dafa and Master Li, he was illegally sentenced to forced labor "education." In the labor camp, he was hung up and beaten by the wicked police one day and night.

Sheng Shide, male, 29, is a technological cadre at 19^th Bureau of the Department of Railways. In 2000, because he persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa and appealed on behalf of Dafa, he was illegally sentenced to forced labor "education."

Cheng Yuhua, female, 47, is a villager living in the street behind the first high school, Dengta County, Liaoning Province. In 2000, because she persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa and appealed to say just words, she was illegally sentenced to forced labor "education."

Gao Jinling, female, 45, is a villager of Shatuo Village, Dongjingling Town, Liaoyang City. In 1999, because she persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa, she was illegally sentenced to forced labor "education." After she was released and came back, the local authorities forced her to attend a brainwashing class. In order to avoid further persecution, Ms. Gao had to leave her home.

Su Anying, female, 47, is a villager of Tianshui Town, Liaoyang County. Because she persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa and made an appeal, she was illegally sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor "education" in 1999.

Ma Lanjing, female, is 32 years old. On November 26, 2000, she went to Tiananmen Square to validate Dafa, and was illegally arrested by the police. Later she was illegally sentenced to three years of forced labor "education." Her company dismissed her from work.
