Practitioner Ms. Li from Penglai City, Shandong Province, Dies From Torture at the Hands of Beijing Police
(Clearwisdom.net) At the beginning of February 2002, Dafa practitioner Jiang Yibin's wife, Ms. Li, also a Dafa practitioner, from Long-shan-cun-dian of Daxindian Town, Penglai City in Shandong Province, went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. She was beaten brutally by Beijing police, and tortured to a vegetative state before she was sent back to Yantai City by airplane and on to Penglai Hospital for emergency treatment. The treatment failed, however, and she died in the middle of February at Penglai Hospital.

(Clearwisdom.net) Zhang Zhuo, male, 32, graduated from the China Agricultural University in Beijing in 1991. He was an official in the Agriculture Bureau of Leshan City. He started to practice Falun Gong in 1996 and was very active in promoting Dafa. He was always smiling, polite, and well mannered.
