1. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Police Arrest Many Falun Dafa Practitioners, Given Orders to Gun Down Those Who Distribute Falun Gong Materials
In mid-October, the Zhuhai police arrested over one hundred Falun Dafa practitioners. All of the arrested practitioners have been locked up in the same building, occupying two entire floors. No one has been released. Recently the police have also set up netting around the building, turning the building into a prison.
The local police officers have been given this order: "Plainclothes police officers have permission to gun down and kill practitioners who distribute materials about Falun Gong."
We call for attention and help from the international community.
2. [Mainland China] Soldiers Dispatched to Guard Closed Circuit TV Transmitters While the 16th Party Congress Is in Session
According to internal sources, during the 16th Congress of the Communist Party, television signals are to be carried primarily via closed circuits. A large number of soldiers are to be sent to guard the transmitters until the conclusion of the Congress. Practitioners who plan to clarify the truth over television, please pay attention to your safety.
3. [Houma City, Shanxi Province] Police Arrest Falun Dafa Practitioner Li Peiguang
On October 2, Falun Dafa practitioner Li Guangpei from Houma City, Shanxi Province went to Tiananmen Square to validate Dafa. The police arrested him there, but later he escaped and arrived at Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. On around October 28, he was arrested at the Jinzhou Railroad Station by officers who had followed him from Shanxi Province. His current whereabouts are unknown, and no one even knows if he is still alive.
4. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp Brutally Tortures Falun Dafa Practitioners Gao Ke and Gong Wenyi
During September, the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp officials carried out a large-scale campaign of persecution against the practitioners imprisoned there. Practitioner Gao Ke was subjected to such brutal physical abuse that he is now in intensive care at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp Hospital. In the past Gao Ke, from the Daowai District, had been released from the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp after an 83-day hunger strike. He was then illegally sentenced to 3 more years of forced labor . Another Falun Dafa practitioner from the Daowai District, Gong Wenyi, who has been held for an extended period of time by the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp, was also brutally tortured.
5. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Police Arrest Over a Dozen Falun Dafa Practitioners Who Had Left Home to Avoid Persecution
The police recently arrested more than a dozen Falun Gong practitioners, but three of them were able to walk out of the police station using their righteous thoughts.
