Upon hearing the shocking news of 15 female Falun Gong practitioners being tortured to death at the Wanjia Labor Camp, Houston practitioners immediately went to Chinese Consulate to hold an emergency press conference at 2pm on 7/3.
When practitioners arrived at the Consulate, the Chinese consul general Zhang Chunxiang was on his way to the consulate. A practitioner showed him the material on the tragedy of Wanjia Labor Camp. Practitioners distributed flyers to the public, especially to the Chinese people. A local best selling Chinese newspaper also reported the details of this tragedy on 7/4.

The posters in Chinese and English attracted many people. Practitioners distributed flyers and self-immolation videos to the general public. The posters clarified the truth in a simple and easy way and helped people to have correct understanding of Dafa.
