On the morning of July 20, more than 70 practitioners from all over Japan gathered in Sendai to hold a series of events for SOS! Urgent: Rescue Falun Gong Practitioners Persecuted in China. At 12:30pm, reporters from several famous Japanese newspapers started to come over to conduct interviews with practitioners.
Between 1:00 and 3:00pm, practitioners paraded through major streets in the city.
At 4:00pm, they sat on the Citizens Square and mourned the 255 practitioners who have been tortured to death. After the event was concluded at 5:00pm, practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts three times to eradicate the evil. At night, they held a warm and lively discussion on the power of righteous thoughts and how to clarify the truth.
