A Falun Dafa practitioner from Sichuan Province came to Beijing to appeal on January 30th, 2001, and was brutally abused and beaten by the police of Beishicao Town, Changping District, Beijing. Her buttocks and legs turned a dark purple color from the extravasated blood, and her legs and feet were severely swollen. She could hardly walk. This photo was taken one week after she was tortured.
