In the afternoon on October 15, 2001, Falun Dafa practitioners from Taiwan and UK practiced Falun Gong exercise in front of the Parliament building while the members of Parliament were discussing issues on how to help Falun Gong practitioners. It suddenly started to rain. These photos were taken in the afternoon. The flying Falun accompanied the practitioners.
