1. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Zhiping Facing Trial

Ms. Guo Zhiping’s second hearing by the Gaoyang County Court was scheduled for September 17, 2026.

2. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Dong Facing Trial

Mr. Zhao Dong was scheduled to stand trial at the Tianqiao District Court on September 11, 2026.

3. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Hearing Being Held on Ms. Jia Fengxian’s Pension Withholding Case

Ms. Jia Fengxian, 62 and a retiree from the Gardening Department of Zhuozhou City Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, was sentenced to seven months in prison on September 6, 2019.

In February 2026, the Zhuozhou City Social Insurance Service Center withheld Ms. Jia’s pension payments and demanded that she return a total of 480,000 yuan in pension payments that she had received. They claimed that because of her prison sentence, she was no longer qualified to receive any retirement benefits.

Ms. Jia sued the Zhuozhou City Social Insurance Service Center with the Zhuozhou City Court and demanded the full return of the pension payments that were suspended. A hearing was scheduled for September 11, 2026

4. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Xie Junfang Arrested

Xie Junfang, gender unknown, was arrested at home by officers from the Liulintun Police Station on September 7, 2026. Xie’s home was ransacked.

5. [Shanghai] Ms. Xu Nixia Facing Trial

Ms. Xu Nixia, 69, was arrested on May 13, 2025, by officers from the Baoshan District Police Department. She has been detained at the Baoshan District Detention Center since. A hearing of her case was scheduled by the Jing’an Court for October 14, 2026.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Five practitioners were arrested on September 4, 2026, and their homes were ransacked. They are: Ms. Wang Lanying, Ms. Wang Yanling, Xiaolian (nickname), Dong (first name unknown), and Meng (first name unknown).

7. [Tai’an City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Peijuan and Ms. Zhu Rongping Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Wang Peijuan and Ms. Zhu Rongping were arrested on April 11, 2026, after being reported for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Wang was sentenced to two years in prison. She was recently transferred from the Tai’an Prison to the Shandong Province Women’s Prison. Ms. Zhu Rongping has also been admitted to the Shandong Province Women’s Prison earlier. Her prison term is unknown.

8. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Chunhui Detained

Mr. Li Chunhui was arrested on September 2, 2026. His cell phone and laptop were confiscated. He was released after three days in detention.

9. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Miao Yongli Harassed

Mr. Miao Yongli, who was out on bail, was summoned to the Guye District Police Department on September 7, 2026. To avoid persecution, he was forced to live away from home and hide from the police.

10. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yan Jingqiu Sentenced to Four and a Half Years in Prison

Ms. Yan Jingqiu was tried on July 29, 2026, and later sentenced to four and a half years in prison. She has appealed with the Qingdao City Intermediate Court.

11. [Laiyuan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Guo Yutian and Mr. Fan Baoqing Detained

Mr. Guo Yutian, 76, was recently arrested and detained. His home was ransacked.

Mr, Fan Baoqing was arrested at an unknown time and detained for 12 days.

12. [Bazhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yu Xiulan Harassed

Ms. Yu Xiulan was harassed at home by Nanmeng Town Police Station officers on September 5, 2026. Several other practitioners who happened to be visiting her during the harassment also had their bags searched.

13. [Suqian City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhu Yuchi Sentenced to Three Years and Nine Months in Prison

Ms. Zhu Yuchi was arrested at home on July 21, 2025, by officers from Zhenjiang City in the same province. She was later sentenced to three years and nine months in prison. She was transferred from the Zhenjiang City Detention Center to the Nantong City Women’s Prison in late March 2026.

14. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Ms. Ma Fengling Arrested

Ms. Ma Fengling was arrested at home on September 8, 2026.

15. [Ningjin County, Hebei Province] Mr. Su Bin and His Wife Arrested

Mr. Su Bin and his wife, Ms. Ji Fang, were arrested on September 1, 2026. Their home was ransacked.

16. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Sui Yanxia Arrested

Ms. Sui Yanxia was arrested by officers from the Gongjiao Police Department on September 6, 2026.

17. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] Ms. Guo Yuxia Detained

Ms. Guo Yuxia was arrested by Fengyingzi Town Police Station officers on September 6, 2026, for talking to people about Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked, and her Falun Gong books were confiscated. She was placed under a 15-day detention.

18. [Liuyang City, Hunan Province] Mr. Wu Lihui Tried in Court

Mr. Wu Lihui was tried by the Liuyang City Court on June 5, 2026.
