Attendees Learn About Falun Dafa at Harmoni Expo in Sweden

(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners participated in the Harmoni Expo in Solna on March 28 and 29, 2026.

Introducing Falun Dafa at the Harmoni Expo

On its 30th year, this year’s health expo was Sweden’s largest to date. More than 300 exhibitors showcased health-oriented products and services.

Because Falun Dafa is widely recognized for its remarkable ability to enhance both physical and mental well-being, practitioners are invited to participate every year. Once again, the organizers placed the Falun Dafa booth in a prime location near the main stage and along one of the busiest walkways.

Many people stopped by the Falun Dafa booth and watched practitioners demonstrate the exercises. The exhibitor of a neighboring booth said he felt the atmosphere was peaceful and calm. He accepted a flyer and an origami lotus flower.

Many people paused to talk with practitioners. Some asked where they could learn the practice, while others bought Dafa books or got information about the free online class. Some of the young visitors were pleased to learn that there were classes online, and one young man bought a copy of Falun Gong.

A woman said she felt strong energy near the booth. After a girl learned the exercises, she said she felt energy moving in her lower abdomen.

Sharing the Benefits of Practicing Dafa

Biljana said she felt fulfilled and happy after she began practicing Falun Dafa in 2019.

“I met many predestined people,” Biljana said. “An elderly man who said he was from southern Stockholm wanted to learn Falun Dafa. That made me happy, because my husband and I live in southern Stockholm. The man was interested when I told him that we both practice.”

Minh from Uppsala said, “I met many young people, two of whom were from Uppsala. When I mentioned Falun Dafa, they were interested, so I told them about the online class. But they said they wanted to go to the group practice site in the park to learn the exercises in person, so I gave them that information”
