8. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Huang Suqin Released After Serving Four and a Half Years in Prison

1. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Practitioner He Xiaoge Detained

He Xiaoge was arrested by offers from the Renqiu City Domestic Security Division while distributing informational materials about Falun Gong on the evening of January 28, 2026. His home was ransacked the next evening.

2. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wei Liming Detained

Ms. Wei Liming was reported to police for talking to people about Falun Gong on January 22, 2026. She was arrested at home the next morning by officers from the Huayuan Police Station and the Zhenxing District Police Department. She has been detained since.

3. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Hongxia Arrested

Ms. Xu Hongxia was arrested at the Qingyuan County Railway Station on January 28, 2026, after the security found a Falun Gong book and 2500 yuan in paper bills printed with Falun Gong messages in her bag. Officers from the Railway Police Station ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Gong books.

4. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yuan Arrested

Ms. Yuan, in her 50s, was arrested on January 20, 2026. Her home was ransacked.

5. [Ningjin County, Hebei Province] Mr. Yang Zhihua Tried in Court

Mr. Yang Zhihua, 50, was arrested in Jinzhou City in the same province on September 8, 2025. His home was ransacked and his computer and printer were confiscated. He has been detained since. He was tried by the Jinzhou City Court on January 28, 2026.

6. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Liangliang and Ms. Liu Peizhi Still Detained

Ms. Qiu Jiaxiu and her daughter Ms. Wang Liangliang were arrested on January 16, 2026. While Ms. Qiu has been released, Ms. Wang remains detained at the Weifang City Detention Center. Ms. Liu Peizhi, who was arrested on January 22, 2026, is also detained there.

7. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Junfang Harassed

Ms. Li Junfang, 86, was harassed at home by four officers on January 12, 2026. The police ransacked her home and confiscated the photo of Falun Gong’s founder, Falun Gong books, Falun Gong lecture and exercise tapes, and calendars.

8. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Huang Suqin Released After Serving Four and a Half Years in Prison

Ms. Huang Suqin was arrested on July 21, 2021, and later sentenced to four and a half years in prison by the Linghai City Court. She has been released after serving the term.

9. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Sun Qinghong and Ms. Sun Qingmin Harassed

Ms. Sun Qinghong received a call from the Chengjiao Subdistrict Office on January 26, 2026, and was ordered to undergo a DNA test.

Ms. Qingmin was harassed by an officer from the Zhengyang Police Station on January 27, 2026, who demanded to take photos of her.

10. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Han Hui Arrested

Four officers from the Longkou Development Zone Police Station went to Mr. Han Hui’s home on January 28, 2026. They ransacked his home and confiscated tens of Falun Gong books, a photo of Falun Gong’s founder, computer, and printer. Mr. Han was taken to the police station for interrogation. The police searched his home again later that day. He was released around 10 p.m.

11. [Huili City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Luo Longfei Persecuted

Mr. Luo Longfei was arrested on November 24, 2025. The police handcuffed and hung him up, with his toes barely touching the ground. They pepper-sprayed him around his eyes. One officer beat his legs with a baton. He was forced to sign some documents before being released in the afternoon. He was also fired by his employer, the Lala Copper Mine.
