1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Yan Zhonghua Arrested

Mr. Yan Zhonghua of Wafangdian City was arrested on January 25, 2025, likely by Xinhua Police Station officers, after he was reported for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

2. [Shanghai] Ms. Pan Bijian Went Missing

Ms. Pan Bijian of Yangpu District has gone missing since January 22, 2025.

3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Gu Shufen’s Home Ransacked

The home of Ms. Gu Shufen of Dalianhe Town was ransacked around 8 a.m. on December 20, 2024. Liu Zhanming, head of the Yilan County Domestic Security Division, two officers from the Dalianhe Police Station, and another officer of unknown identify, seized several cell phones, more than ten mobile phone plugs, power banks, and other items. Due to the mental distress, Ms. Gu felt dizzy and she laid in bed, unable to move. The police gave her 15 days of detention and allowed her to serve it at home.
