1. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Pei Chunliu Faces Trial

Ms. Pei Chunliu of Xingtang County is scheduled to appear in the Zhengding Court on the morning of August 29, 2024.

2. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Ms. Ma Zhanhua Sentenced

Ms. Ma Zhanhua of Kaian Town was sentenced to one year and nine months. She was admitted to the Jilin Province Women’s Prison around June 2024 and is forbidden to have family visits.

3. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Guo Ling Admitted to Prison

Ms. Guo Ling, 67, was sentenced to four years by the Xishan District Court on July 17, 2024. She was seized at home by Haikou Police Station officers on August 26, 2024, and taken to the Kunming City Detention Center. The police told her family that she would be transferred to the Kunming City Second Prison in three days.
