1. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xing Suzhi Sentenced to Three and a Half Years in Prison

Ms. Xing Suzhi from Gaoxin District, 68, was arrested by officers from the Sibaoshan Police Station on July 4, 2023. She was sentenced to three and a half years in prison by the Gaoxin District Court in early October 2023.

2. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Ms. Nie Yan Tried in Court

Ms. Nie Yan was tried in the Chaoyang District Court in the mid-October 2023. The authorities blocked the lawyer from being involved throughout the process. The verdict has not been issued yet.

3. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Liu Guifang Faces Trial

Ms. Liu Guifang will be tried in the Chengguan District Court at 9 a.m. on November 9, 2023.

4. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Dongmei Arrested and Detained

Ms. Zhao Dongmei lives in Wanli Village, Koutou Town, Xingtang County. She was arrested on October 30, 2023 and was detained in Longzhou Town.

5. [Linkou County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Benzhi Arrested

Ms. Liu Benzhi was arrested by officers in Gucheng Town on November 1, 2023. Her case was submitted to the Yabuli Procuratorate.

6. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Qu Arrested

Ms. Qu was arrested at home by several officers from the South Street Police Station in Zhifu District on the afternoon of November 1, 2023. The police ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Gong books.

7. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Ms. Xie Baohua and Ms. Wang Yuehua Arrested

Ms. Xie Baohua and Ms. Wang Yuehua from No.1 Village, 27th District, were arrested on November 1, 2023. The police demanded that they pay the 50,000 yuan bail.

8. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Chen Ye and Ms. Zou Mingli Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Chen Ye and her mother-in-law Ms. Zou Mingli, around 70, were taken to the Etouwan Brainwashing Center in the Qiaokou District on October 19, 2023. Ms. Chen Ye was detained for 10 days. Ms. Chen has returned home. The police confiscated her cell phone and other personal belongings, and have not yet returned them.

9. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liang Zhihong and His Wife Ms. Wu Limei Placed under Residential Surveillance

Mr. Liang Zhihong and his wife Ms. Wu Limei were arrested by officers from the Daoyi Police Station in Shenbei New District on September 20, 2023. They have been released, but were placed under residential surveillance.
