(Minghui.org) At least 36 Falun Gong practitioners in five cities across Heilongjiang Province were arrested between July 11 and 12, 2022, per an order from the Heilongjiang 610 Office, an extralegal agency created specifically to persecute Falun Gong.
The police arrested the practitioners according to a list. Most of the arrests took place in the morning. Those practitioners who had Falun Gong-related materials found at their homes were held in custody, while others were later released.
The five cities where the arrests took place include Harbin, Mudanjiang, Hailin, Daqing, and Qiqihar.
Officers from the Xinli Police Station in Bin County attempted to arrest Mr. Cao Yanmin on July 10. As he wasn’t home, the police stayed outside for one hour and left.

Ms. Yang was released at around 4: 30 p.m. She didn’t answer any of the police’s questions.
