(Minghui.org) I would like to share a few stories about things that happened when I was clarifying the facts to people.
I went to a market in the countryside one day, and approached a dried noodle stand. The owner quickly came forward and introduced her homemade dried noodle sticks and sesame paste to me. I thought: This must be someone with a predestined relationship with me, waiting to be saved. Then I said, “My sister, I still have some leftover dried noodle sticks at home that I bought before the Chinese New Year. Seeing you are so kind, we must have a predestined relationship. Let me ask you something. You get to know a lot of people from doing business, has anyone ever talked to you about quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations?”
She said no, so I talked to her about why one needs to renounce one’s CCP membership. She quietly listened to my words.
I told her, “The CCP is an evil Party, a devil. Since it stole power and began its reign, it has launched multiple political movements and ended up killing more than 80 million Chinese people over the past 70 years. It is corrupt and evil, and even went as far as persecuting people who follow the principles Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Gods are outraged at what it has done. Thus, the heavens will eliminate it. People who have joined the Party organizations have sworn to be loyal and surrender their lives to it. When it is to be eliminated by heaven, won’t these people be impacted? Therefore, the only way for its members to be saved is to wipe out their evil pledges.”
I asked, “My sister, have you ever joined any of the CCP organizations? How about if I just use your store name as a pseudonym to help you quit your membership?”
She said, “Sure, I’ll quit. Thank you.” She did heshi (holding palms together in front of the chest as a sign of respect) to me with excitement, then named the CCP organizations she had joined in the past.
I also did heshi and said to her, “Let’s thank Master Li, the founder and teacher of Falun Dafa. It was Master Li who sent me here to tell you the facts. It’s He who saved you.”
One day, I was taking the public transit and had to get off after two stops. A lady who appeared to be in her 60s got on. All of the front seats had been taken. When she took a look at the back, I indicated that I would give her my seat. She immediately smiled and quickly walked my way. She took my seat and thanked me. Then I said, “Respecting the elderly and loving the young, is what we should do.”
She said, “My legs always hurt, I can’t stand for very long.” I said, “My sister, as soon as you started talking, I could just tell that you are a very nice person. Has anyone ever told you about the phrases ‘Falun Dafa is wonderful. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is wonderful?’” She asked, “What did you just say? I couldn’t hear you.” I repeated the phrases. When she asked me again, I repeated them again. In the end, I gave her an amulet and showed her the phrases written on it.
She accepted it. Then, I told her a story about the amulet. One time, a neighbor from my hometown drove out of town on business. On his way home, a truck slammed into his sedan, crushing it. The bystanders said, “This person could be dead.” When they forced open the car door and pulled him out, they saw that he was not injured. They were shocked, and someone said to him, “You must be protected by Buddhas and gods.” He then took an amulet from his pocket and showed it to them. This was what he shared with me after he returned to the village.
Then I said to her, with the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19), many people are infected, including doctors and nurses. The death toll is high. The relevant departments in Wuhan City ordered the doors of residential buildings where seriously infected people lived to be sealed. Thus, the people were locked inside and had no way out. So local Falun Dafa practitioners began to call the people they knew in those buildings, and asked them to recite “Falun Dafa is wonderful.” It turned out that those people recovered from their infections and were cured.
Then she asked me, “Can it be that miraculous?” I said, “If you believe it, it’ll work for you. Falun Dafa is a high-virtue Fa for saving people. When you respect Buddha Law and sincerely recite that phrase, gods and Buddhas will help you, and miracles will happen.”
I then asked her if she knew about quitting the CCP organizations. She said she didn’t. I told her what it was all about. After that, she told me she had worn the red scarf when she was young and gave me her real name to record her quitting the Young Pioneers. I then gave her a copy of The Ultimate Goal of Communism, an information brochure, and a QR code for breaking through the internet blockade. I said, “You are truly lucky – you have been saved. Please tell your family when you see them, so they will be saved as well.”
She kept saying, “Sure, sure. I sincerely appreciate your help.” I said, “Please don’t thank me, thank our Master instead.” When I got off the bus, I saw her waving as the bus drove away.
I was on the bus when I ran into a young man. Seeing a nice-looking guy, I thought: For us to take the same bus is our predestined relationship. I asked if he had heard about quitting the CCP and its organizations. He said he never joined any of them. I said, “You are not a Party or Youth League member, but did you ever wear a red neck scarf when you were in elementary school?” He said he did. I said, “Then, you have to quit it. This evil CCP has killed so many Chinese people, it’s corrupt and persecutes the Buddha Law. The heavens will eliminate it. Only by quitting the CCP, will you not be impacted by it and be saved.”
This young man suddenly said in a more serious tone, “Auntie, if you had told me this before, I wouldn’t have believed you. Now, I have suffered because of it. You see, I’m still in the process of appealing to the government. If I hadn’t dealt with this evil Party myself, I wouldn’t have believed what you told me just now. I want to quit my membership from the Young Pioneers. There is no question about that.”
I said, “Young man, please remember ‘Falun Dafa is wonderful. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is wonderful.’ When you recite those phrases often, you’ll be safe and sound amidst any calamity.”
He excitedly said, “Thank you! Thank you.” I said, “Please thank our Falun Dafa Teacher.”
There was a vendor who had already learned the truth about Falun Dafa and the persecution, and her business did exceptionally well. Even during the pandemic, her business was impacted very little. When practitioners bought things from her, she not only provided good service, but also charged low prices.
Sometimes, I talked to her about Falun Dafa. As soon as I mentioned Master, she also called Him “Master.” I was really touched and moved by that. Sentient beings are all longing for Master.
