(Mingui.org) Mrs. Gao Shuqin, a woman in her 70s, took her tricycle to visit her daughter Xiuling on the morning of December 26, 2021. About 10 minutes after she arrived, her mouth became slanted and she couldn’t keep her body straight. Xiuling and her husband rushed their mother to the People’s Hospital of Ning’an City. However, the hospital refused to admit her. Her family had to take her to the Hongqi Hospital in Mudanjiang City. She was admitted into the ICU immediately. Mrs. Gao had a history of strokes and had been admitted to the hospital 4 times over the past 18 months.

The hospital limited ICU visits to half-an-hour each day due to the pandemic. Xiuling, a Falun Dafa practitioner, visited her mother every day. She quietly said into her mother’s ear, “Falun Dafa is great! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is great!”

The ICU stay costs tens of thousands of yuan a day. Mrs. Gao’s condition didn’t show any improvement during the first three days. A doctor told Xiuling, “Half of your mother’s head is filled with blood clots. They haven’t dissolved.” He warned Xiuling that she might lose her mother, as well as her money. Xiuling said, “I’m determined to save my mother’s life at any cost. Please give her another few days!” 

Mrs. Gao was moved to a regular room on the fourth day. Her CT scan was sent to a specialist, who advised the family that she wouldn’t wake up. Xiuling didn’t give up. She continued to recite “Falun Dafa is great! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is great” into her mother’s ear. 

After six days of treatment, Xiuling took her mother home. By that time, Mrs. Gao’s pulse was so weak that they could not feel it, and her pupils had enlarged. Her family who’d come to visit her decided to stay, as they wanted to be with her during her last days. However, Xiuling refused to give up. She continued to recite the Falun Dafa phrases, and said into her mother’s ear, “Don’t leave, no matter who leads you away.”

Xiuling can’t remember how long she recited the Dafa phrases to her mother. Mrs. Gao eventually opened her eyes, and told Xiuling, “You told me to repeat ‘Falun Dafa is great, and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is great.’ I did. I was walking on a big road leading to the crematorium when I saw Master Li Hongzhi (the founder of Falun Dafa). He smiled at me. I was able to come back. I won’t die!”

A relative named Yanyan asked Mrs. Gao, “Who saved you?” Mrs. Gao replied clearly, “It was Master Li Hongzhi! My Master!” Yanyan asked her whom else Master had saved. Mrs. Gao said, “Just me. Master is so strong. He carried me back. Many people were walking on the same road. Some of them wore handcuffs and shackles. When Master arrived, those goblin-looking people immediately ran off.”

Mrs. Gao added, “The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is wicked! It lied!” Mrs. Gao had read part of the book Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Dafa, before the CCP launched the persecution of this traditional mind-body cultivation practice in 1999. She was too afraid to continue reading the book since then, and even said things to support the CCP. 

Everyone who witnessed Mrs. Gao’s recovery was amazed. They couldn’t believe that an older woman with no pulse and dilated pupils had come back to life. Her son-in-law whispered to Xiuling, “This may be a momentary recovery of consciousness just before death.”

However, days passed, and Mrs. Gao’s health continued to improve. By the time this article was written, more than 20 days had passed and she was able to eat a hearty meal – three dumplings and a bowl of porridge. Her relatives witnessed the power of Falun Dafa and realized that they had been deceived by the CCP’s lies about Falun Dafa. They all agreed, “Falun Dafa is indeed powerful!”
