Editor’s note: Fanqiang (climbing over the firewall) has been a popular phrase among Chinese people in recent years. The term means circumventing the Great Internet Firewall of China to access overseas information.

(Minghui.org) Someone reported me to the police when I was clarifying the truth about Falun Gong this spring. A police car eventually came and two police officers got out and asked me, “Are you a student of Falun Gong?” I said, “Yes. I told the villagers that by saying ‘Falun Dafa is good’, their lives will be saved when the plague comes. This way they can all survive the great disaster in peace.”

The police officers took some pictures of me and asked me where I was from. I told them the name of my village. One of the officers said, “Ride your motorcycle and follow us to the police station.”

At this time, there were more and more onlookers. As I was leaving, I said to them, “Please remember that Falun Dafa is good!” The onlookers listened quietly.

When we arrived at the police station, a police officer said, “Have you had a covid nucleic acid test?” I said yes. They then went through my bag and confiscated two car tags and my identification (ID) card. Another officer was checking on the Internet to see if I was from the place I said, and told me to wait in the courtyard. I sat down and sent forth righteous thoughts. I also asked Master in my mind to protect me, and I would never accept persecution by the old forces.

After about 30 minutes, the two police officers drove the car out of the gate and left.

When I saw that there was no one in the room, I immediately realized that the great Master had dissolved the tribulation for me. So I stood up to pick up my bag, and saw that my ID card and keys were all in there, but the pendant with the words “Sincerely recite: Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, and life can be preserved when danger comes” had been confiscated by the police.

I got on my motorcycle, left the police station, and started to clarify the facts to people on the roadside again.

Months passed. Then, a few days ago the police came to my home in the morning. I got up early that day and was working in the field. My wife was at home and was very nervous. The police officers waited for a while, and when they saw that I had not come back, they went to buy some food since they had not eaten breakfast. They also bought a meal for me.

Because I had often been harassed and persecuted by the police before, my wife was very afraid. However, she saw that these police officers were different, they talked to her in a peaceful manner like old friends, without any malice at all. My wife later commented, “These police officers are so nice now! They are not as evil as they used to be.”

When I came home from the field, the police let me eat the meal they bought. I expressed my gratitude. The police chief said that he wanted to take me to the police station to talk, and put an end to the last incident, which had not been settled. My wife was a little worried and the police chief said, “We are just going to talk, after which he will return – we will not hurt him.”

The police perfunctorily confiscated my wall calendar and pendant that had “Falun Dafa is good” messages. However, they took a look at Master Li’s photo hanging on the wall and did not touch it.

I was not afraid, because I knew that clarifying the facts to wake up people was the most righteous thing in the universe, and could only correct all the wrong ones. I then followed the police to the car. The police said that in order to keep from tarnishing my reputation, they parked the police car in a remote place.

On the way, I told them how good Falun Gong is, how bad the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is, and how the main persecutors including Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai, and many other CCP officials have suffered retribution. Most of the government officials being investigated now are those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, and most of the previous central-level 610 Office directors and deputy directors have been arrested by the current administration. The police officers listened to what I had to say.

After arriving at the police station, an officer took out the calendar and wanted to hang it on the wall. The other officer laughed, and said that now wasn’t the right time.

The police wanted to take down my statement, so I said, “You write whatever I say.” They agreed. I then said, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, and Master is good! Falun Gong can cure diseases, improve health, and teaches people to be good.” I then signed my name.

I took out from my pocket the cell phone sim cards that can circumvent the Internet firewall (fanqiang card) and introduced it to the police officers. The police chief said, “Everyone gets a card, let’s all fanqiang and see.” Two police officers tried right away to bypass the firewall on their cell phones, and in a moment, they saw the content of the global website – which was blocked by the CCP at a huge cost. The police started reading, “Quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations to stay safe...”

I then helped them quit the CCP organizations. At that time, the police chief, the deputy chief, and two police officers, a total of four people, withdrew from the CCP organizations. Only the driver did not take a stand (I don’t know if he had withdrawn already).

The police chief said to me, “Your have a good mentality, you give (Dafa materials) in person, some others distribute (Dafa materials) at night.” The police also wanted a copy of the Dafa materials to read.

The police bought lunch so I ate together with them at the police station, then I took the bus home.
