(Minghui.org) My brother-in-law, who is straightforward and kind, is 70 years old. Since my sister is frail and in poor health, he handles everything at home, and the whole family depends on him.

After the New Year, my niece got ill, and my sister and her husband went to her home to care for her.

At around eight one evening, my sister called and said that her husband was in the hospital emergency room with extremely high blood pressure. The doctor wanted to admit him, but he had left his medical insurance card at home and had to walk home to retrieve it.

I left quickly and walked out of my subdivision to look for a taxi. I remembered to take a few copies of Falun Dafa informational brochures along with me.

The whole community was under lockdown and I did not see any taxicabs. I began to feel anxious as I waited. I begged Master Li Hongzhi in my mind, “Master, I need to help my relative and also save lives. Please help me get a taxi.” A black taxi drove up and stopped in front of me when I waved.

The driver, a lady, asked, “Where are you going?” I told her, “It’s an emergency! My brother-in-law has terribly high blood pressure and is going to walk home to get his medical card by himself. I am really worried about him. I waited a long time for a taxi.”

The driver explained, “It's all because of the Wuhan pneumonia, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) virus.” I said, “He lives in a building near the road, but because of the lockdown, we have to take a long way around to get to the building. I will pay you extra. Would you please drive to his building to pick him up first, and then can we go to the hospital?” She answered, “No problem. I am glad to help at such a difficult time. Let’s go.”

I called my brother-in-law to find out where he was and reminded him to recite “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” He told me he was still walking home and was repeating that as he walked.

The driver asked, “Why is he walking alone?”After I explained the situation she said, “Let’s pick him on the way. I have a special pass and can drive him home through his community.”

We were able to find my brother-in-law en route. He said, “It’s great that you found me! I was worried about how to get back to the hospital since I could not find a taxi!” The driver said, “Many taxi drivers are afraid of the virus and don’t want to come out.”

I commented, “The CCP has been hiding the real situation about the virus and is responsible for this unprecedented disaster. I heard that the lockdown is ending tomorrow. Is the pandemic really over? The CCP must be lying again!”

The driver said, “I can tell you. It may appear as if the CCP is ending the lockdown, but it is actually tightening things up. The pandemic will not be over for quite a while. Be careful.”

I said, “I can tell you a way to stay safe. The pandemic aims at people’s hearts. Quitting the CCP and its organizations can ensure a person’s safe future. I will help you to quit them.”

She readily agreed and told me her name. She said, “Someone talked to me about quitting the CCP and its organizations before, but I did not take it seriously. Today I’ve met you. Please help me to quit them.”

I told her that Falun Dafa is a righteous Fa and that knowing “Falun Dafa is good” saves one’s life. During this current epidemic, sincerely reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” can protect one. “Please advise your relatives and friends to sincerely recite the phrases, too,” I said. She readily agreed.

When we got to the hospital, I took out one hundred yuan to pay her. But she returned it to me, saying, “You are saving my life by helping me to understand about Falun Dafa. How much is a life worth? I don’t want your money.”

“This is payment for you driving us here. How can you not get paid?” I held out the money together with a Falun Dafa information brochure. She responded, “I don’t want the money, but I will take the brochure.” She stuffed the money back into my bag. My brother-in-law observed everything that was happening and did not know how to thank her enough.

We got out of the taxi and watched it drive away, deeply moved. In today’s society, moral standards are rapidly declining and everyone is pursuing money. The driver did not take the money but instead pursued the truth. I understand that this was Master Li’s arrangement for this kind person to learn the truth about Falun Dafa and to be saved.

On my way home after my brother-in-law got settled in the hospital, I had tears in my eyes. I thanked Master for these arrangements. I hope all predestined people will learn the truth about Falun Dafa and be saved.
