Recovering from Cranial Inflammation

Dec. 29, 2020 |   By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Shandong Province, China

(Minghui.org) I’m in my 60s, and suffered an accident when I was 18-years-old when visiting my grandmother. She lived in a small house, and the door frame was low. I accidentally hit my head on the door frame, and it became swollen.

The bump grew large days later, and it suppurated pus and blood. I could not bear the pain, so I checked into the county hospital. The doctor said the skull was injured and had to be treated as soon as possible. The operation cost more than 100,000 yuan. The doctor said I could end up in a vegetative state if the operation was not successful.

I worked at a production team and made very little money. I could not afford an operation, so I sought treatment at a small clinic. They gave me injections and pills. To save money, I got a self-taught doctor to visit my home and administer medication intravenously. When the IV line became blocked sometimes, I would orally swallow the remainder of the IV medication.

My condition worsened despite the daily treatment. I had headaches, and I was buried in debt. I suffered from a mental breakdown, and my mind was unstable. I was going crazy, and often spoke nonsense. My hair turned gray when I was in my 30s.

Fireworks were set off during the Lantern Festival in 1998, and my head ached even more. I walked around my neighborhood aimlessly and passed by a house. There were more than a dozen people practicing Falun Gong. I followed them and practiced for a few minutes, and my headache was gone. The practitioners thought it was quite amazing, and they encouraged me to learn the practice.

I went home and laid on the bed. I heard a wheel squeaking, from the head to the toes, then from the toes back to the head. The boil on my head suddenly broke, spewing blood and pus. Once it was drained, the boil flattened and then disappeared.

I had many sleepless nights because of the headache. This time I slept until sunrise. My husband noticed that I was in good spirits once the boil was gone.

The cranial inflammation that had tortured me for 28 years disappeared when I decided to practice Falun Gong – and I had not learned the five exercises yet. My family was very happy for me, and shed tears of gratitude. They thought that it was amazing and thanked Master Li, the founder of Falun Gong.

People in the village were shocked when they heard about it, and many came to learn the practice. A few months later, I had recovered from my other illnesses, and my hair turned black.

The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) launched the persecution on July 20, 1999. I traveled to Beijing three times to appeal for justice for Falun Gong, resulting in being persecuted.
