Netizens Express Support for President Trump on Social Media

Dec. 19, 2020 |   By Shi Kuan

(Minghui.org) As the entire world is closely watching the U.S. general election, some people are calling it a battle between good and evil. Many netizens from both inside and outside of the U.S. are voicing their support for President Trump, viewing him as a defender of traditional values and belief.

Supporters of President Trump commented on Twitter and YouTube, “George Washington established the United States. Trump saved the United States!” “I increasingly felt that President Trump is the man of choice! His mission is to subdue the demons!”

One YouTube viewer commented on Trump's speech about voter and election fraud on December 2: “It's his most important speech. It can be considered that President Trump's term has just begun because the battle has officially started! How will history judge this? In addition to revering God, he is also the president who loves the church, protects the Constitution, and the country.”

Others noted Trump's stand against communism. One post reads, “If the world is under the communist totalitarian rule, mankind will gradually lose the grace that God has given us, and [we will be led] to the brink of destruction.”

On Election Fraud

So far, every swing state has held hearings about election irregularities. Every hearing generated thousands of comments. Many supporters of President Trump believe that the evidence of fraud presented at the hearings is overwhelming and convincing.

One comment reads, “Why all the mistakes and irregularities favored Trump's opponent? Federal Election Commission data shows that 95% of the political donations made by employees of Dominion, the voting machine company, from 2014 to 2020 went to the Democratic Party. More than 85% of the political donations made by the Department of Justice employees in this election also went to Trump's opponent. The Michigan hearing revealed that ballots were repeatedly scanned and counted 8-10 times. The Detroit TLC ballot counting center did not see a single ballot for Trump for 27 hours.”

A user named “free speech” commented, “In the 4-hour hearing, there was both personal and physical evidence presented. None of the evidence was refuted. Hundreds of thousands of ballots were tampered with randomly in the voting machines, like a gambling machine. I guess that no mainstream media dares to report on these testimonies without spinning the story.”

Another person suspected that the fraud was coordinated, after seeing the video at State Farm Arena in Georgia, where five people stayed after everyone else was asked to leave and then counted the ballots hidden under the table, unsupervised. In fact, the five people who stayed to count the ballots were reported by CNBC at 1:10 a.m. on November 4, and were said to have “the fate of the nation in their hands.”

Economist He Qingling claimed, “Nothing will happen suddenly... The Democratic Party started [opposing Trump] from the moment Trump won the election, and it had been planning what would happen in 2020. The media slander was only a propaganda war, and the real action [of bringing down Trump] was done behind the scenes. Look at how much information I dug up before the election, including two hearings on the Dominion voting system by the US Election Commission.”

Another user commented, “This election is particularly weird. The mainstream media reports and state hearings are like two parallel worlds... But instead of getting caught up in countless trivial arguments, it is better to return to common sense: no system is perfect. When there is a huge disagreement about the system, it shows that something is wrong, so everyone should be encouraged to question it, and most of those who oppose this questioning are supporters of the dictatorship.”

After Chinese-American poll worker Grace Su testified at the Michigan election hearing, YouTube viewers praised her bravery. Grace said in the hearing that she had just been naturalized and loves this country. A viewer named Lin Jin commented, “I was also just naturalized. This is my first election, but a big fraud happened. I feel sad, but I also feel encouraged by so many patriotic Americans. I voted for President Trump. God bless President Trump, and God bless the American people.”

On Mainstream Media Coverage

Many netizens also criticized the mainstream media for not being independent. “It's impossible to watch those mainstream media anymore, it's extremely degenerate!” one post read. Others blame both social media platforms and conventional news outlets. One person posted, “Twitter, Facebook, Fox News, and other media must be closed! The non-neutrality of the media is the sadness of society!”

One user thanked NTDTV and The Epoch Times for their reporting. “Angry Bird” posted, “This is my first time to vote. And the election fraud left me feeling sad and despondent. It is precisely because of the election that I decided to abandon the mainstream media. I am very grateful to NTDTV and The Epoch Times. They help me to recognize good and evil, distinguish right and wrong, and make decisions for my life. I believe it’s a test for everyone on the earth. And I believe Trump is the chosen one!”

Others are hopeful to see more evidence of election fraud. Popular self-media host Wen Zhao posted, “Evidence will bring out more evidence, and whistle-blowers encourage more whistle-blowers.”

Many saw the similarity between the US mainstream media and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)-controlled state media. One post warned people of the danger of biased media in the reply to Wen Zhao, “The Chinese people should now realize the harmfulness of politicized media! People in Mainland China have been brainwashed for a long time to the most serious level of moral depravity today – not forced out with knives and guns, but brainwashed by media!”

“The World Will Fall into the Abyss”

This election was a disappointment to many, especially to some who came to the U.S. from China. One man posted, “I chose to leave China because I had seen how evil the CCP can be. I chose America to be my second homeland because I thought Americans were kind, hardworking, and friendly. But I am saddened to see how absurd this U.S. election has been. There are so many evildoers everywhere, almost all over the world!”

Netizen Steven replied that he had similar feelings, after seeing the impeachment attempt by the Democratic Party, the censorship on Twitter, the fake ballots, the looting by protesters, as well as the laptop scandal of the democratic party candidate's son.

Never before has a U.S. election been this closely watched by the rest of the world. Some feel that this election reflects a dark force that is destroying democratic societies and traditional values around the world.

Yet some are still hopeful. One person commented, “We should never despair before all hope is gone! Perhaps the darkest hour is when the dawn is about to begin.”

Takashi Kadada from Japan commented, “The demonstration in Tokyo yesterday in support of President Trump is an incredible thing. I have never heard of Japanese demonstrations because of the US election.” Japanese pastor Kenichi Nakagawa called on Christians to support President Trump.

Some see the US election as a battle between capitalism and socialism. “Too many different countries and regions have colluded to destroy the fairness of the U.S. election. This is no longer a fight between Trump and his opponent. It is a showdown between capitalism and socialism. The result of this election will profoundly affect the future direction of the entire world. If this line of defense is not held, the world will fall into an abyss,” a netizen named Felix wrote.

Netizen “tax payer Jason” said, “If the world’s people don’t realize the grave danger in front of us, our peaceful life may be gone forever. Everyone who has seen the danger is trying hard to avert it. Not only for the election, but also for ourselves and our children’s future. I hope more people could wake up and join the battle to uphold justice! We are fighting alongside with the divine.”

It is time for each of us to stand up for what is right.

President Trump said in his Liberty University commencement speech in May 2017, “Remember this, nothing worth doing ever, ever, ever came easy. Following your convictions means you must be willing to face criticism from those who lack the same courage to do what is right. And they know what is right, but they don’t have the courage or the guts or the stamina to take it and to do it. It’s called the road less traveled.”

“I know that each of you will be a warrior for the truth, will be a warrior for our country and for your family. I know that each of you will do what is right, not what is the easy way, and that you will be true to yourself and your country and your beliefs.”

“America is better when people put their faith into action. As long as I am your president, no one is ever going to stop you from practicing your faith or from preaching what’s in your heart. We will always stand up for the right of all Americans to pray to God and to follow his teachings.”

What President Trump said three years ago is exactly what America and the rest of the world are facing today. It’s up to each of us whether we choose to stand on the side of justice.
