(Minghui.org) A rally was held on Constitution Avenue in Washington DC on December 10, International Human Rights Day, to call for the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) to be designated a transnational criminal organization. Several human rights advocates, including Tibetans, Uighurs, Mongolians, and Hong Kongers, condemned the CCP’s vicious persecution and called on the U.S. government to designate the CCP a criminal organization.
Participants in the rally held banners that said, “Stop Killing.” Several speakers condemned the CCP’s exploitation and persecution of Chinese people and expressed their dissatisfaction with the United Nations’ complacency in the face of the CCP’s violations of human rights.
Several speakers pointed out that the CCP has taken advantage of the kindness of the American peoples to expand its power, thereby endangering democracy and liberty in the United States. They expressed concern that the education system in the U.S. has been compromised by the CCP. They also called on people to withdraw from the Party organizations.
Dr. Sean Lin called on the U.S. government to designate the CCP a transnational criminal organization.
Dr. Sean Lin addressed the gathering and pointed out, “It is a shame that the CCP regime is a member of the UN Human Rights Council.” He pointed out that nearly 100 million Chinese have died due to the CCP’s persecution over the past century. There are no records for most of those whom the Party persecuted or killed. A typical example of the CCP’s persecution is the torture, killing, and live organ harvesting that Falun Dafa practitioners have been subjected to.
“Information about the health of each prisoner of conscience in China is recorded,” he said. “The CCP has a large organ database with medical information on Falun Dafa practitioners and other prisoners of conscience. When someone needs an organ for transplant, the database is searched for a matching ‘donor’—and prisoners of conscience are killed and their organs are harvested. That is why there are several airports in Xinjiang, an area designed for transporting live organs.
“We see that the UN is covering up this issue (live organ harvesting),” Dr. Lin said. “A UN organ transplant group includes two Chinese doctors. One of them is Huang Jiefu, who participated in the live organ harvesting. He carried out several hundred transplant operations. Actually, that is genocide. The CCP is covering up this crime just like it is hiding the origin of the CCP virus (coronavirus).”
Lin believes that the major U.S. technology companies’ silencing of social media and the mainstream media’s ignoring the large-scale election fraud in the current U.S. election is similar to the CCP’s propaganda tactics. He said that the CCP infiltrated the U.S. electoral system during the election.
He further pointed out that many U.S. officials have interacted closely with the CCP. Large technology companies have become the CCP’s external propaganda machine. He emphasized that the Chinese people and the whole world are victims of the CCP’s influence and should unite to designate the CCP as a transnational criminal organization.
Lin said that many people throughout the world die every day because of the CCP and that designating the Party as a transnational criminal organization is therefore fully justified.
A representative of an East Turkestan group condemned the CCP for its live organ harvesting and for setting up concentration camps in East Turkestan. He said the Party persecutes Chinese people and is a threat to the entire world.
Eugene Yu is a veteran. He took out a U.S. one-dollar bill and said, “‘We believe in God and it is printed on the back of our U.S. dollar that we DO believe in God. Whether you are a Christian or not, as long as you use U.S. currency, you may believe in God.” He condemned the CCP’s infiltration into the U.S. and said, “I hate the Party.”
The president of a free faith organization also condemned the CCP’s persecution. She said that she often participates in peaceful Falun Dafa rallies. She knew about the CCP’s live organ harvesting and its crimes in East Turkistan, Tibet, and other places. She expressed her gratitude to those who persevered for their faith.
She said, “Your perseverance and your actions have opened our eyes and also enlightened us on how to respond when we encounter injustice.” She supports President Trump’s tough measures to boycott the CCP.
She said that she's read the Nine Commentaries on Communist Party and she is pleased that millions of people have quit the CCP organizations. She said, “Let’s stand with these people and continue fighting until the final victory.”
