(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners participated in the Chinese New Year celebrations held on March 9 in Coutances, a community in Normandy in northwest France.

With clear, sunny skies and a hint of Spring in the air, spectators lined the streets and took photos as practitioners dressed in traditional Chinese costumes performed a fan dance and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises.
