1. [Shanghai] Ms. Xu Nixia Sentenced; Mr. Nie Guangfeng Detained

Ms. Xu Nixia, 63, was arrested by officers from the Baoshan District in November 2018. She was sentenced to a three-year prison term.

Mr. Nie Guangfeng was arrested by officers from Zhuanqiao Police Station on the morning of October 13, 2019. His computer was confiscated. He is being held in Sanlugonglu Detention Center, Minghang District.

2. [Beijing] Mr. Zhao Yanhua Detained

Ms. Zhao Yanhua, 38, was arrested by officers from Liqiao Police Station on the morning of November 15, 2019. She was taken to Shunyi Detention Center.

3. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yu Shuqing and Ms. Zhang Guixiang Arrested

Ms. Yu Shuqing, 67, from the Konggang District was arrested at Changchun Railroad Station on September 21, 2019. Her home was ransacked.

Ms. Zhang Guixiang was arrested at home by officers from the Luyuan District Domestic Security Division and Chuncheng Police Station on the evening of November 9. She was held in the Weizigou Detention Center for five days.

4. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Heqin Arrested

Ms. Li Heqin from the Ninghe District was arrested at home on November 13, 2019. Her home was ransacked. Ms. Li suffered from severe heart disease and high blood pressure. She was admitted to the hospital and is under police surveillance.

5. [Linshu County, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Qinghua Fined

Ms. Li Qinghua, 73, was fined 2,000 yuan by Linshu County Court on October 22, 2019.

6. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Xiuzhen and Ms. Li Jinghua Arrested

Ms. Zhang Xiuzhen, 70, from Qijiadianzi Village in Yi Nan County, and Ms. Li Jinghua, 68, from Xitaigou Village, Hutou Town, were arrested by officers from Susun Town Police Station on November 12, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in Sucun Open Market.

They were taken to the Yi Nan Detention Center. Ms. Li was released the next day because she had high blood pressure. Ms. Zhang was taken to Linyi City Detention Center.

7. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Hao Shumin and Ms. Li Junjuan Arrested

Ms. Hao Shumin and Ms. Li Junjuan from Anguo City were arrested on the morning of November 17, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong at an open market.

8. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Deng Deping on Trial

Ms. Deng Deping was arrested in May 2019 for hanging up a Falun Gong banner. She was tried on November 8.

9. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Mr. Liu Wanhua Arrested

Mr. Liu Wanhua, 56, from the Daguan Residential District, was arrested by officers from the Xinhua Police Station and Nanyang City 610 Office on November 8, 2019. His home was ransacked.

10. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Three Practitioners' Cases Turned Over to Procuratorate

The cases of Ms. Ying Guofang, Ms. Qin Lianyu, and Ms. Liu Mingping have been turned over to the Zhenhai District Procuratorate.

Ms. Ying and Ms. Qin’s cases had previously been returned to the police department. The Procuratorate has now filed the changes with the Zhenhai Court.

Mr. Chen Yubo was released on bail. His case is still with the Zhenhai Procuratorate.

11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Gao Baoli and Mr. Feng Jiwu’s Pension Suspended

Wang Youxin, head of the Qiliyicun Residential District Stability Maintenance Office in Hanyang District, took several officers to Ms. Gao Baoli’s home on August 20, 2019, and demanded that she write a guarantee statement, promising to stop practicing Falun Gong. Ma. Gao refused to cooperate, so her pension was suspended in November.

Mr. Feng Jiwu’s pension has been suspended since February 2019 because he refused to denounce his belief in Falun Gong.

12. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Wenju and Ms. Zhang Meiying Arrested

Ms. Zhang Wenju, 73, and Ms. Zhang Meiying, 69, from Songbu Town, were arrested on the morning of November 13, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong.

They were taken to Qiting Police Station, before being transferred to a detention center. However, the authorities there refused to accept them because they had high blood pressure. They were released.

13. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Han Xu and Ms. Li Ya Facing Trial

Ms. Han Xu and Ms. Li Ya will be tried by Chengguan District Court on the morning of November 22, 2019.

14. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Mo Zhenrong Detained

Mr. Mo Zhenrong from the Tiexi District was arrested by officers from Huanggu District Police Department and Minglian Police Station on the evening of September 24, 2019. He was taken to Shenyang City Detention Center, and transferred to Tiexi Detention Center on November 13.

15. [Fuxin City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Guo Chunhuai Detained

Mr. Guo Chunhuai was arrested by officers from Beiyuan Police Station on the evening of November 16, 2019, for handing out Falun Gong fliers. He is being held in the Xindi Detention Center.

16. [Chongqing] Ms. Lu Chunyan Arrested

Ms. Lu Chunyan from the Tongnan District Disease Control and Prevention Center was arrested on the afternoon of July 30, 2019. Her home was ransacked. She was interrogated, videotaped, and forced to put her fingerprints on their documents. The police also forcibly took blood samples from her.

17. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Cao Zhubao Arrested

Ms. Cao Zhubao from Fufeng County was arrested at home by officers from the Jintai District Detention Center on the morning of November 16, 2019.

18. [Xian City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Tang Jianqun Transferred to Guangdong Women’s Prison

Ms. Tang was arrested by officers from Jieyang City Domestic Security Division and Dongsheng Police Station in May 2017. She was taken to Jieyang Detention Center.

Ms. Tang was transferred to Guangdong Women’s Prison in late October 2019.

19. [Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Lihua, Ms. Zhang Fengying, Ms. Yin Guiqin, Ms. Liu Shuxiang, and Ms. Gao Jin’e were arrested by officers Li Zhiguo, Gao Jianping, and others from the Shangzhi City Police Department, 610 Office, and Domestic Security Division on November 9, 2019.

Ms. Zhang Lihua’s home was ransacked, and her personal belongings were confiscated.
