1. [Shanghai] Ms. Cui Xiying Arrested

Ms. Cui Xiying who lives on Zhuxin Road, Minhang District, was arrested on the afternoon of March 3, 2017.

2. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Xiong Guihua, Ms. Xiong Xuehua, and Ms. Yao Shu'e were reported for talking to people about Falun Gong in Jiepai Town, Jiajiang County, on the morning of February 27, 2017. They were arrested and taken to the Jiepai Police Station. They have returned home.

3. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Xu Yuxiang Arrested

Ms. Xu Yuxiang was arrested by officers from the Jiangling Police Department on March 3, 2017 for distributing Falun Gong informational materials near the Jiangling Automobile Factory. Her whereabouts are unknown.

4. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Yingdong Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Zhang Yingdong, from Heishan County, was given a four-and-a-half-year prison term by the Heishan County Court. He was taken to Dabei Prison on February 14, 2017.

5. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. He Diansong Arrested

Mr. He Diansong from Qing County was arrested on the morning of March 4, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong in Litan Town, Dacheng County. He is held in the Dacheng County Domestic Security Division.

6. [Beijing] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zhang Yinying and two other practitioners from Changping District were arrested by officers from the Pingxiwangfu Police Station and the Shunyi Police Department on the morning of March 1, 2017. They were held in the police station. One practitioners' family member and landlord were also arrested at the same time. Later the family and landlord were released. The three practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

7. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Lingzhi and Ms. Yuan Xiaojing Detained

Ms. Wang Lingzhi and Ms. Yuan Xiaojing from Chengshan Town were arrested and detained in the Rongcheng City Detention Center on March 4, 2017 for talking to people about Falun Gong.

8. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Dou Jinxian and Ms. Fu Ruixiang Arrested

Mr. Dou Jinxian and Ms. Fu Ruixiang from Linqu County were reported and arrested on the afternoon of March 3, 2017. Their homes were ransacked.

9. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Hu Xiuli Arrested

Ms. Hu Xiuli was recently arrested.

10. [Longxi County, Gansu Province] Mr. He Libin Detained

Mr. He Libin was arrested by Lu Dechang, head of the Longxi County Domestic Security Division, and other officers on the morning of January 18, 2017. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated three computers and two printers. Mr. He has been held in the Longxi County Detention Center.

11. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Hu Lili Sentenced

Ms. Hu Lili from Zhangdian District was arrested on November 3, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin, the former head of the communist regime, who initiated the persecution of Falun Gong. She was released for lack of evidence after being detained for eight months. She was constantly harassed after returning home by officers from the Heping Police Station. The police filed charges against her. Ms. Hu was tried and sentenced to three years in prison with three years probation on February 25, 2017.

12. [Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Luo Huazhen, Ms. Liu Guihua, and Ms. Tong Liyu, all in their 70s, from Tianxin District, were arrested by officers from the Shifeng District Domestic Security Division on February 28, 2017, for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. They are held in the Shifeng District Detention Center.

Ouyang, head of the domestic security division, and 12 Tianxin Police Station officers broke into Ms. Wang Cixiu's home on March 1, 2017. They arrested Ms. Wang, in her 70s, her husband, and their grandson, who is not a practitioner. The husband and grandson were released that day. Ms. Wang is now in the Shifeng District Detention Center.

13. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Qi Ling Detained

Ms. Qi Ling was arrested by officers from the Ganghua Village Police Station at the end of 2016 for talking to people about Falun Gong in Qingshan District. She is held in the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center.

14. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Quanhong Arrested

Mr. Wang Quanhong from Dazhai Town, Xingcheng City, was arrested at home by officers from the Dazhai Town Police Station on March 3, 2017.
