(Minghui.org) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoing will meet due retribution.
Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Wang Yifang, the former chairman and party secretary of Handan Iron and Steel Works, was fired from his post and arrested on January 2, 2017.
Since the communist regime’s persecution of Falun Gong started, more than 40 practitioners who worked at Handan Iron and Steel Works were sent to brainwashing sessions co-hosted by the company and the 610 Office; at least 20 practitioners were laid off or fired. Four practitioners–Cui Fengqi, Tong Langui, Zhang Yunping and Liu Na–were persecuted to death.
Mr. Liu Yong, an employee of the company, was sent to a psychiatric hospital by staff in 2001. He spent 12 years there and suffered unimaginable abuses. When the doctor learned the facts about Falun Dafa and asked the company to take Mr. Liu back, they ignored the request and even refused to accept him when the hospital staff took Mr. Liu directly to the company.
Mr. Qin Zhongke, a senior engineer at the company, was treated as a key target by the company's leadership. He was detained at four labor camps for years and brutally tortured until he lost the ability to take care of himself.
As a top manager of the company, Wang Yifang was fully responsible for supporting and assisting in the implementation of the persecution policy.
Hu Jianmin was a police officer at Lianxi Police Station. He closely followed the persecution policy and often harassed Falun Gong practitioners from the start of the persecution in July 1999.
When practitioners tried to persuade him not to continue participating in the persecution, he refused to listen. Prior to the Chinese Communist Party's 16th Party Congress in 2002, Hu arrested eight Falun Gong practitioners.
He confiscated a Falun Gong book from practitioner Mr. Tian Xinchang's home and kept Mr. Tian and his wife, Ms. Wang Ruhua, in custody at Handan City No.1 Detention Center. After the 16th Party Congress concluded, Hu extorted a large amount of money from the practitioners' families before releasing them.
Shortly after, Hu suddenly died. He was in his fifties.
