(Minghui.org) The reason why we Falun Gong practitioners clarify the truth to people is because the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has persecuted us for the past 17 years. In my opinion, we have to continue to clarify the basic facts, including what Falun Gong is, how the CCP lies about Falun Gong, and the methods used in the brutal persecution.

When Chinese people see our banners stating “The CCP Is Doomed,” “Disintegrate the CCP,” or “Withdraw from the Communist Party,” they automatically use the thinking patterns that the communist party has indoctrinated them with to label us as political opponents. These banners are not ideal for truth clarification.

Most people who say we are political don't actually know how badly Falun Gong practitioners have been persecuted and need to be told about the large-scale state-sanctioned organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. Such atrocities challenge the baseline line of humanity and go far beyond politics. When people learn the facts about the organ harvesting would they still call us political?

Presenting the sharp contrast between good and evil can also serve to awaken people's conscience and provide an opportunity for spiritual redemption, because these people may then help spread the information to more people.

With the distraction of smartphones and the dazzling information on social media, it's a challenge to catch people's attention. I feel that it's critical to make large truth-clarification displays available on busy streets and at tourist spots. As people pass by they will have the opportunity to learn the basic facts about Falun Gong. A comprehensive display with pictures and explanations would be much more convincing and moving than simple banners with phrases. The visual information will leave a deeper impression on people's minds.

The following is a list of content that I feel is important to include in our displays:

• Pictures of torture victims with illustrations of the persecution methods• Falun Gong exercise pictures with brief written introductions• A picture of the “hidden character stone” with an explanation about why quitting the communist organizations brings people to safety• Information about House Resolution 343 passed by the American Congress• Details about how the CCP framed Falun Gong using the self-immolation hoax• How to quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations
