According to this report, 4 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 28 were illegally arrested. At least 13 practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court were detained about 10 to 15 days.

Mr. Liu Fubin, detained in Tailai Prison, was found to have an MP4 player on December 12, 2015. He was handcuffed, shackled, and put in solitary confinement in a small cell. He was not allowed to have clothes on except shorts. Mr. Liu went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution and was violently force-fed.

Mr. Liu Jinguo, 38, deputy principal of the Linshu County No. 4 Elementary School, was arrested on December 9, 2015. His whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Lu Yanfang was arrested by officers, including director and deputy director Ding Junhui, from the Youyi Township Police Station in Fuyu County on December 8, 2015. The police ransacked her home. She was released that day.

Mr. Liang Shunjing and his wife Ms. Deng Xiufen were arrested at their kitchen appliances wholesale store by officers from Meizhou City and two local security officers on December 10, 2015. Ms. Deng was released due to high blood pressure and Mr. Liang's whereabouts are still unknown.

Mr. Li Baoxing, Ms. Deng Yue'e, and Mr. Jin Fu were arrested on August 25, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong in Zhangjiajie City. They are still detained in the Yongding District Detention Center in Zhangjiajie City.

Mr. Wang Wen and his wife Ms. Li Guixiang were arrested by officers from the Dongbeijie Police Department in Keshan Town on November 23, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. Mr. Wang was subject to criminal detention. Ms. Li was taken to Qiqihar City for further persecution and has not been released.

Ms. Chen Yuexia was arrested by officers, including Lin Jianmin, from the Zhenhai District Police Department on November 23, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin. She is detained in Ningbo City for 10 days.
