According to this report, 2 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 24 were illegally arrested. Several practitioners seeking to mail letters of complaint regarding Jiang Zemin to the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Supreme Court have met with obstacles.

1. [Shanghai] Ms. Liu Ping Detained

Ms. Liu Ping, a Swiss citizen, was arrested and taken to the Jiuting Police Station on November 30, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is detained in Pudong.

2. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Xiulan Detained

Ms. Li Xiulan was arrested on December 4, 2015, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is detained at the Wanxing Police Station in the Nankai District.

3. [Zhongwei City, Ningxia Province] Five Practitioners Detained

Five practitioners were arrested by officers from the Wenchang Police Station and Binhe Police Station and Domestic Security Division on December 4, 2015. They are detained at the Zhongwei Detention Center.

They are Ms. Wang Shunqin, Ms. Chen Fengqin, Ms. Chen Xia, Ms. Wang Zijuan, and Ms. Zhang Fenge.

4. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ding Hongxiu and Ms. Cui Hua Detained

Ms. Ding Hongxiu and Ms. Cui Hua were arrested by officers from the Shouguang Domestic Security Division and the Tianliu Town Police Station on December 3, 2015. The police ransacked their homes. Both are currently detained in the Tianliu Town Police Station.

5. [Beijing] Four Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Tian Xuewu and Mr. Li Dejing were arrested by officers from the local police station on December 3, 2015.

Ms. Li Zongyan and Mr. Cao Baodong were arrested by officers from the local police station on November 25, 2015.

6. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Xi Huiling Detained

Ms. Xi Huiling went to Gongping Police Station as demanded by officers on December 4, 2015. She was interrogated. She is now detained at that police station.

7. [Nanzhao County, Henan Province] Mr. Li Xiling Arrested

Mr. Li Xiling, in his 60s, was arrested at home by officers from the Yunyang Town Police Station and the Nanzhao County 610 Office and Police Department on December 2, 2015.

8. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yuan Chengchun Arrested

Mr. Yuan Chengchun was arrested and taken to a detention center by officers from the local police station on November 26, 2015.

9. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Xiuzhi Arrested

Mr. Li Xiuzhi was arrested by officers from the Jiangzhuang Police Station on November 25, 2015, for posting informational stickers about the persecution of Falun Gong. He was released after his family was extorted 5,000 yuan.

10. [Heyuan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Jie Liping Arrested

Ms. Jie Liping, 58, was arrested and taken to the Sanshui Brainwashing Center by officers from the 610 Office on November 19, 2015.

11. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Several practitioners including Ms. Xiaoyu were arrested by officers from the Tiechang Police Station on November 24, 2015.

Ms. Kong Lipin was arrested at home by officers from the Jixi City Police Department on December 4, 2015, for suing Jiang Zemin, the former Chinese dictator.

Ms. Zhao Jingzhen and Ms. Guo Dianyu were arrested at home by Kong Xu (孔旭) and Song Qinglei (宋庆雷) from the Yuqiuhu Police Station on December 2, 2015. They were detained at the Liaocheng City Detention Center for seven days.

Ms. Song Fangxia, 67, and her daughter Ms. Li Hui were arrested on August 3, 2015. They are still detained at the Linyi City Detention Center.

Ms. Song developed symptoms of high blood pressure with readings 240-260. She is in a very dangerous state, but is still detained.

Ms. Tang Junyi, 55, was arrested by officers from the Jiangdulu Police Station in the Hebei District on November 26, 2015, for distributing 2016 calendars having information about Falun Gong on them. Her whereabouts are unknown.
