1. [Haiyang City, Shandong Province] Ten Practitioners Detained

Ms. Ni Zhanhui, Mr. Bao Xinzhen, and eight other practitioners were arrested by officers from the Haiyang City 610 Office and police stations since October 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. They are held in the Haiyang City Detention Center.

2. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wei Guoxiang and Ms. Zou Yuhua Arrested

Mr. Wei Guoxiang of Maquanzi Village was arrested by officers from the Shuangjingzi Township Police Station, Tieling County, on October 29, 2015. He was detained for seven days.

The police ransacked Ms. Zou Yuhua's home in Heiyuting Village. They took her to the police station. The officers forced her to sign paperwork before releasing her.

3. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Liping Arrested

Ms. Wang Liping, 64, from Huanggu District was arrested by officers from the Huanggu District Domestic Security Division on November 1, 2015. The officers ransacked her home.

4. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Pan Jingxian, Ms. Guan Qin, and Ms. Zhou Jinghua of Fate Town were arrested by officers from the Lianhua Township Police Station when they were distributing Falun Gong informational materials in the neighboring Lianhua Township on October 30, 2015.

5. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Xuemei Arrested

Ms. Li Xuemei of the Jinzhou New Area was arrested in the afternoon on October 31, 2015 by officers from the Guangming Police Station on the grounds of verifying her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin. She was taken to the police station. The police forced her to sign a document. She was released that day.

Ms. Dang Guihua of Houxinqiu Town was recently arrested by officers from the Houxinqiu Town Police Station. She was detained for 10 days in a detention center.

7. [Shan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Shizhen and Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Yang Shizhen and several other practitioners were arrested on October 31, 2015. Their homes were ransacked.

8. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhu Mei and Ms. Sun Guiying Taken Into Police Custody

Ms. Zhu Mei and Ms. Sun Guiying from Dagang District went to the Wangwenzhuang Town Police Station, Xiqing District, to demand the release of two practitioners arrested on November 2, 2015. Both Ms. Zhu and Ms. Sun were taken into police custody.

Ms. Liu Meijuan was arrested on November 1, 2015 by officers from the Minglian Police Station, Huanggu District, for suing Jiang Zemin.

10. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Yusheng Arrested

Mr. Wang Yusheng of Chiping County was arrested on November 2, 2015 by Liu Shengli, director of the Guangping Police Station, Liaocheng Development Zone, and other officers for suing Jiang Zemin.

11. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Beicheng Police Station arrested Ms. Lu Gui'e of Liugang Village on the morning of October 30, 2015. She is held in the Liaocheng Detention Center.

The officers also arrested Ms. Zhou Changzhen and another elderly practitioner on the morning of November 2, 2015. Both practitioners' whereabouts are unknown.

12. [Beijing] Mr. Li Changshan Arrested

Mr. Li Changshan was arrested on November 2, 2015 when he was distributing calendars with Falun Gong content.

13. [Beijing] Ms. He Wen and Daughter Arrested

Ms. He Wen and her daughter were arrested on the afternoon of October 28, 2015 by officers from the Yuetan Police Station in Xicheng District for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers confiscated printed materials, DVDs, and cellphones. Both mother and daughter were held in the police station. Ms. He's daughter was released the next day. Ms. He was taken to the Xicheng Detention Center. The detention center refused to admit her because of high blood pressure. Ms. He has returned home on bail.

14. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Jingyi and Ms. Huang Shudan Arrested

Ms. Li Jingyi and Ms. Huang Shudan were arrested at their homes on September 30, 2015 by officers from the Shuguanglu Police Station, Nanguan District, for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers confiscated Falun Dafa books. Both practitioners were released that evening.

15. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zou Shuqing Detained

Ms. Zou Shuqing of Fenggaoqian Village in Xufu Neighborhood Community was arrested on November 2, 2015 by officers from the Xufu Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin.

16. [Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Ma Hongjun Detained

Wang Baoyu, head of the Huai'an Economic Development Zone Domestic Security Division, and officers from the Shenzhen Road Police Station arrested Mr. Ma Hongjun on November 2, 2015. Mr. Ma was detained for five days.

17. [Zhongmu County, Henan Province] Mr. Pan Shoujun Detained

Xi Xudong, head of the Zhongmu County Domestic Security Division, and officers from the Zheng'an Town Police Station arrested Mr. Pan Shoujun on October 29, 2015. Mr. Pan is detained in the Zhongmu County Detention Center.

18. [Penglai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Chao Detained

Mr. Wang Chao was arrested at work on November 2, 2015 by officers from the Nanwang Town Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin. He is held in the Beigou Town Detention Center.

19. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Tieshi and Mother Arrested

Mr. Liu Tieshi and his mother were arrested at their homes at noon on November 1, 2015 by officers from the Chenxiang Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin.

20. [Huailai County, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Jianrong and Ms. Peng Xia Arrested

Mr. Liu Jianrong and Mr. Peng Xia were arrested by officers from the Cunrui Police Station when they were telling people about Falun Gong in Cunrui Township on November 2, 2015.

21. [Linfen City, Shanxi Province] Eight Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Yaodu District Domestic Security Division and the Jindian Town Police Station broke into eight practitioners' homes and arrested them on October 30, 2015. The eight practitioners are: Mr. Qi Mingxi, his son, Mr. Qi Gengqin, Ms. Zhang Hongzhen, her grandson Mr. Zhang Erzi, Ms. Duan Aiying, Mr. Yue Ping, and Ms. Jun Ying.

Mr. Yue Ping, Mr. Qi Mingxi's son, and Ms. Jun Ying have returned home.

22. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Benzheng Taken to a Brainwashing Center

Mr. Zhang Benzheng of Lizifang Town in Zhuanghe City was arrested the morning of October 30, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. The arrest was made by Pan Yongchun, personnel from the Lizifang Political and Legal Affairs Committee, Zhang Yonghong (director of the Lizifang Town Police Station), and other officers. Mr. Zhang was taken to the Dalian Brainwashing Center.

23. [Tianjin] Mr. Zhou Xiangyang and Ms. Li Shanshan Facing Trial

Mr. Zhou Xiangyang and his wife (Ms. Li Shanshan) were scheduled to face trial on November 30, 2015. The couple was arrested on March 2 this year for refusing to give up their belief in Falun Gong. Mr. Zhou has been on a hunger strike since May 4 and is now very weak.

Prior to their latest arrest, the couple has spent the last 10 years trying to rescue each other from prison.

24. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Nanshan Group Tortured Falun Gong Practitioners Who Filed Criminal Complaints Against Jiang Zemin

The security section of Nanshan Group arrested more than 20 practitioners on August 20 and 23, 2015 because the practitioners filed criminal complaints against Jiang Zemin. The guards beat and tortured the practitioners, pressuring them to write guarantee letters to give up practicing Falun Gong. The guards also forced family members of the practitioners to sign documents and give fingerprints.

The Nanshan Group threatened that entire families would be expelled from the Nanshan Group if the practitioners continue to practice Falun Gong.

25. [Wuan City, Hebei Province] Wuan Police Brutally Beat and Then Refused to Pay Medical Expenses for Ms. Shi Yulan

Ms. Shi Yunlan was beaten unconscious by officers from the Huoshui Police Station on the night of October 9, 2014. She had a craniotomy. The police department refused to pay her medical expense of 60,000 yuan. Ms. Shi is still held at the hospital.

26. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Jiang Hanquan on Verge of Death

Mr. Jiang Hanquan's family received a notice from Sihui Prison of Guangdong Province on October 19, 2015. According to the hospital's diagnosis, Mr. Jiang suffers severe high blood pressure.

Mr. Jiang's family went to the prison to visit him and requested that he be released on medical parole. However, the prison refused their request.

27. [Beijing] Four Falun Gong Practitioners SentencedOn October 31, 2015, the Fangshan District Court secretly sentenced Ms. Yang Qiuying to 7 years of imprisonment, Mr. Hu Qinggui to 3 years, and Li Shuangli to 3 years.

Ms. Wang Xiufeng (in her 70s) was arrested after she attended a hearing. The Fangshan District Court sentenced her to 7 years of imprisonment without informing her family.

28. [Yuanjiang City, Hunan Province] Yiyang Intermediate Court Rejected Mr. Gan Qiuliang's Appeal

The Yuanjiang Court sentenced Mr. Gan Qiuliang to three years of imprisonment on September 24, 2015. He appealed to the Yiyang Intermediate Court.

Mr. Gan's blood pressure went up to 245 one week after he filed the appeal. His family was worried about him and went to the Yuanjiang Court, the Yuanjiang 610 Office, and the Yiyang Intermediate Court to request his release. However, there was no response. They recently learned that the Yiyang Intermediate Court upheld the original sentence without conducting a hearing.

29. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Masanjia Ward of Liaoning Women's Prison Still Persecutes Falun Gong Practitioners

Masanjia Ward of Liaoning Women's Prison, formerly Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, still persecutes Falun Gong practitioners.

Wang Yanqiu, Li Yang, and Li Jie were forced to listen a radio program that defames Falun Gong in May 2015 because they refused to do labor work and wear a prisoner badge.

The prisoners there have to do 12 hours of labor every day. Sometimes they have to work even longer. Everyone has a work quota, and they are punished if they don't finish the quota.

30. [Chongqing] Ms. Gao Yunxia Filed a Criminal Complaint Against Jiang Zemin

Ms. Gao Yunxia filed a criminal complaint against Jiang Zemin, the former Chinesedictator, in June 2015. She said in the complaint: “I was released from prison at the end of October 2010. The torture I suffered in prison caused me to often become delirious and wobbly. My depression affected the whole family. My husband couldn't bear the huge pressure and chose to divorce.”

31. [Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province] Five Falun Gong Practitioners Facing Illegal Trial

Ms. Wang Yuzhi, Ms. Guo Hongxia, Ms. Zhang Liyan, Ms. Shan Jinli, and her son Mr. Wang Dongsheng have been held in the Shuangyashan Detention Center for one year. It was said that their cases were sent again to the Jianshan District Court. They are facing illegal trial.
