(Minghui.org) People in China are increasingly aware of the tyrannical nature of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and are choosing to disassociate themselves from it. Here are two examples of the kinds of people who are quitting the communist organizations.

Political and Legal Affairs Committee Official Whispers, “I Quit a Long Time Ago!”

Several tourists asked me for directions at a local tourist spot in February this year. I walked with them and gave them an introduction to the site. Our conversation extended to the local weather and the serious air pollution in China's major cities.

One of them told me he was a Political and Legal Affairs Committee official from a northeastern province and that his job wasn't easy. Seeing other people in the group busy taking pictures, I asked him, “Have you heard about quitting the three communist organizations to be safe?” He looked a little surprised but answered pleasant, “Those three organizations are the Chinese Communist Party, the Youth League, and the Young Pioneers.”

He initially denied having joined any of them, but he added later, “I know what you mean. Many Falun Gong practitioners in my city are doing the same thing.” He asked me if I was a Falun Gong practitioner. I told him that I believed in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance. On hearing this, he got up next to me and whispered, “I quit a long time ago and used my real name. Falun Gong practitioners in my local area helped me do it.”

I congratulated him for making a good choice. I said sincerely, “We all know Falun Gong is great. Falun Gong is China's only hope for a bright future. In terms of improving the society, Falun Gong has accomplished what democracy advocates couldn't. You guys are marvelous! You are the hope for China!”

I explained to him that Falun Gong is non-political, that we are simply trying to offer salvation to people, because people all over China have been deceived by the propaganda and harbor hatred toward Falun Gong.

He said, “I understand. You are like the persecuted Christians. Helping people quit the CCP is a great deed. It's the only way out for China.” He added he had been abroad and saw that people in other countries have the freedom to practice Falun Gong.

“Those who do my type of job know better about Falun Gong and our society. Most officials where I work don't want to get involved in the persecution. I use my job to protect Falun Gong practitioners. Falun Gong practitioners were sent to detention centers and forced labor camps, but things have changed. I do my best to keep it from happening.”

We had a nice conversation. Before we parted, I told him to remember “Falun Gong is great!” He agreed and shook my hand firmly with both of his.

Helping People Quit the CCP at a Job Fair

A job fair was held at a local school in January. I distributed infomational materials to clarify the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong and help people quit the communist organizations.

When I was distributing materials by the roadside, a luxury car stopped next to me. The passengers looked like CCP officials. One of them asked me, “Can I get a copy?” I hurried to hand him one, and he thanked me.

A woman approached me to ask for directions. I said, “You asked the right person. I know this area pretty well. But I have to give you the best direction first. Have you heard about quitting the Party?” She looked clueless. I explained to her the significance of quitting the communist organizations. She agreed to quit the Party and headed off in the direction I advised her to take.

Two students watched me distribute flyers. After a while, they walked over to me and asked, “Ma'am, can you help people quit the Party? Can you help us quit the Party?” I gladly helped them.

All my truth-clarification materials were gone within two hours. Those who quit the communist organizations were relieved and grateful.
