1. [Zhoukou City, Henan Province] Ms. Pang Xiyun and Ms. Tong Dongmei Arrested

Ms. Pang Xiyun and Ms. Tong Dongmei were arrested by officers from the Shenqui Domestic Security Division on August 23, 2013 because they spoke to people about Falun Gong. Officers ransacked their homes and confiscated their tricycles, Falun Gong books, and disks with information about the persecution of Falun Gong.

Ms. Pang was released after the Shenqui 610 Office and Lu Feng from the Domestic Security Division extorted 100,000 yuan from her family. Ms. Tong is still being held at the Shenqui Detention Center.

2. [Bozhou City, Anhui Province] Ms. Jia Hongjuan Arrested

Ms. Jia Hongjuan was arrested at home on September 26, 2013.

3. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Deming Sentenced to Six-year Prison Term

Mr. Zhang Deming was sentenced to a six-year prison term. He was imprisoned in Jidong Prison and his release date was set for September 12, 2013. However, the Baigou Police Station refused to have him released.

4. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Chao Secretly Sentenced

Mr. Zhao Chao was arrested by officers from the Rizhao Development Zone Police Station on the evening of April 18, 2013. He once held a hunger strike for more than 50 days to protest the persecution. In early September, Mr. Zhao was secretly sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term.

5. [Lu'an City, Anhui Province] Mr. Zhou Rongxin Arrested

Mr. Zhou Rongxin was arrested by officers from Lu'an City in September 2013. His home was ransacked.

6. [Shahe City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Shijun Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Wang Shijun was arrested at home by several plainclothes officers on the afternoon of September 18, 2013. She was taken to the Xingtai City Brainwashing Center.

7. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Several Practitioners Detained

Ms. Li Zhongfang was arrested and taken to the Chengdu City Detention Center on September 4, 2013. It is rumored that she had been transferred to a hospital on September 27, 2013.

Additionally, Ms. Yang Yafei, Ms. Deng Shaoying (Erniang), and Ms. Yun Yun are still being held at the Chengdu City Detention Center.
