(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of December 31, 2011, Harbin City police broke into several practitioners' homes and ransacked them. We have learned that 17 practitioners and 3 family members who are not practitioners were arrested.
Around 7 a.m. on December 31, the police knocked on the door of Ms. Hao Lianqin's home in the Hesong Residential area. Her family members thought that their relatives came to visit and opened the door. A group of police officers rushed in and arrested Ms. Hao. They turned everything upside down. Some police officers are staked out downstairs at Ms. Hao's apartment so as to arrest other practitioners who go there to visit her. It is believed that Ms. Hao may have been taken to Yaziquan (No. 2 Detention Center).
Ms. Li Xiuhong and her husband (not a practitioner) from the Hongping Residential area were arrested at home at 6:00 a.m. on December 31.
Xiao Bo from the Harbin City Film Machinery Factory was arrested on the morning of December 31. The exact time and location have yet to be determined.

Around 8:00 a.m. on December 31, Ms. Qi Yaru from Sanfu Street, the Xiangfang District was arrested at her sister's home in Wuzhan Town, Zhaozhou City. More than 15 Harbin police, as well as officers from the Wuzhan Town Police Station, made the arrest. When Ms. Qi entered the police vehicle, she found her husband (not a practitioner) was already in the vehicle. He may have been coerced by the police to lead them to arrest Ms. Qi. Ms. Qi's ten-year-old daughter was also arrested.
Li Wenchun from the Xiangfang District was arrested on December 31.
Mr. Zhao Xidong from the Nangang District was developing film at a photo lab around 1:00 p.m. on December 31, when he was arrested along with two other practitioners who run the photo gallery. The police took Mr. Zhao to his home to ransack it, and took 3,000 yuan in cash and other personal belongings. The police trashed the place. Paper and ink was spilled out all over the floor. Cigarette butts, grapefruit skins, used tissues and other trash was scattered on the dining room table. According to an eyewitness, a police vehicle drove away from Mr. Zhao's apartment between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m..
Since police didn't immediately inform Mr. Zhao's family about his arrest, his family looked for him everywhere. About five hours later, his family received a phone call from the Heping Road Police Station, telling them he had been arrested, and that Mr. Zhao was in the Xiangfang Police Department Detention Center. They also told the family that they had to come to the Heping Road Police Station on January 1, 2012 and talk to a police officer surnamed Shi to go through related procedures.
Wu Yi from the Daowai District was arrested on the morning of December 31 at his stall at Langu Electronic Street in the Nangang District. His current situation is unknown.

Mr. Wang Chuanxi, a manager from the Daoli District, was arrested at home at 7:00 a.m. on December 31. Bai Yan from the Xinhua Police Station took away 20,000 yuan in cash, several bank cards, money from Mr. Wang's store, and a lot of personal belongings. Gong Wenyi from the Daowai District was arrested on the morning of December 31, specific details are yet to be determined.
Mr. Zhang Shengguo and his wife from the Xiangfang District were arrested at home on December 31. Practitioners Li Xiubo, Xiao Chunyan, He Jianmin and others were also arrested from Mr. Zhang's home.
Around 7:00 a.m. on December 31, officers from the Harbin City Police Department No. 7 Division, along with officers from the Baojian Road Police Station in the Nangang District, broke into Liu Yan's home, searched it and took Liu Yan to the No. 7 Division.
