(Clearwisdom.net) A group of officers from the Beijing Police Department broke into Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Xiao Xicheng's home the morning of June 17, 2011, arrested him and took him to the Wanshoulu Police Station in the Haidian District.
The next day, Mr. Xiao was transferred to the Haidian District Detention Center, where he was held for more than a month. During his detention, his family didn't receive any news about him.
Finally on August 2, Mr. Xiao's family received a letter from the Daxing Men's Forced Labor Camp in Beijing informing them that they could visit Mr. Xiao before August 28.
Mr. Xiao was previously arrested at work in 2008 and subjected to two years of forced labor. He was tortured and the scars from being burned at the labor camp are still visible on his body.
