(Clearwisdom.net) On November 5, 2010, Ms. Liu Wanqiu was arrested for the third time by Xigu District CCP officials and taken to the Gongjiawan Forced Labor Camp. On March 8, 2011, she had become emaciated, frail and was tied up with rope. She was subsequently transferred to the Lanzhou City Electric Machinery Factory Hospital and her blood was drawn before she was taken back to the camp. There, she was tied down on a bed and injected with an unknown drug. After the injection, she felt intolerable visceral pain and vomited. Her face turned pale and she could neither sit nor stand without great pain. She has been released and is at home.
On November 5, 2010, Ms. Liu was arrested by hospital security personnel when putting up Falun Gong materials at the Army General Hospital in Qilihe District of Lanzhou City. She was taken to the Qilihe District Police Department, where she was held in handcuffs for an entire day.
The next day Chen Fuxiang, head of the Xigu District 610 Office, forced Ms. Liu into a police vehicle and with police officers from the Xigu District Police Station took her to the Gongjiawan Forced Labor Camp. At the camp, Tian Hua and other officials put her in the mental hospital, where she resisted any examination. The mental hospital refused to take her, so she was taken back to the labor camp and imprisoned in the first building.
Ms. Liu had been on a hunger strike since November 5, 2010, the day of her arrest. After a few days, Tian Hua ordered security guard Qiao Houquan to tie her onto a bed and the camp doctor to injected an unknown drug in two vials, which caused her stomach to swell and her body to smell like the drug. Gong Guilan, someone hired by the authorities, monitored her to prevent her from practicing the Falun Gong exercises.
After the Chinese New Year in 2011, Ms. Liu suddenly couldn't swallow food and could take in only liquids.
On March 8, 2011, Qi Ruijun, CCP committee secretary at the labor camp, ordered security guards and others to take her to the Lanzhou City Electric Machinery Factory Hospital.
A doctor shouted, "I am good at punishing Falun Gong practitioners." Ms. Liu was held down by several people so that they could draw blood. Later, she was returned to the camp, tied down on a bed and injected with unknown drugs. She felt stomach pain, vomited and her arms hurt. She suffered terrible visceral pain, and could not sit up straight.
On March 9, her child went to the camp to visit her. When her child saw her, she was propped up by two guards and her face was as deathly pale. Her child was allowed to take her back home in a taxi. On the way home, she repeatedly vomited.
