(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 21 cities or counties in 9 provinces. In this report, 14 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 27 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1.[Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ding Xueping Force-Fed

Police officer Zhang Yingduo and Domestic Security Division personnel illegally arrested practitioners Ms. Ding Xueping and Ms. Li Huihui on November 29, 2011. Both women were taken to Yilan County Detention Center. To protest the persecution, Ms. Ding went on a hunger strike. As a result, the guards took her to the county hospital several times for force-feeding. They would handcuff her arms behind her back and put shackles on her ankles when they took took her to the hospital. When Ms. Ding was taken back to the detention center, she was still handcuffed and the feeding tube was kept in her to further torture her.

2. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Police Confiscate Mr. Qi Bin's Passport and Visa

The head of Tiededong Police Station, Li Changqing, confiscated Mr. Qi Bin's passport and visa. Mr. Qi is from Northeast Agriculture University in the Xiangfang District, Harbin.

4. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Ms. Cui Yanling Arrested

Officer Zhao Zhikui from the Bajiazi Forestry Bureau Domestic Security Division and others from the Domestic Security Division of Yanbianzhou and Longshi broke into a residential apartment located on Hongqi Street. They arrested Ms. Cui Yanling, whose 80-year-old mother is now alone at home and needs her daughter to take care of her.

5. [Daqing, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Chi Xiandao Persecuted in Heilongjiang Women's Prison

Ms. Chi Xiandao, who is incarcerated in the 12th ward of Heilongjiang Women's Prison, continued to do the Falun Gong exercises and refused to wear the prison uniform. On October 1, 2011, the guards incited criminals inmates to physically and verbally abuse her. She has also been locked in solitary confinement for more than ten days.

6. [Yancheng, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhong Xiufeng Arrested and Taken to the Kangda Hotel Brainwashing Facility on November 10, 2011

7. [Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Xiuhua, 76, Arrested

Ms. Wang Xiuhua, 76, was on her way home from the market on the morning of November 10, 2011, when Ding Jiguo and others from the Daqinjia Town 610 Office arrested her.

8. [Weifang, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Guiqin and Her Husband Arrested

Officers from Jiulong Street Police Station arrested Ms. Zhang Guiqin and her husband, Mr. Yu Qinfu, from Xiaozhaoyujia Village, Jiulong Street Administration, the Fangzi District, Weifang City, on the afternoon of November 10, 2011. Mr. Yu was later released.

9. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Mr. Ma Shengcai and Other Practitioners Harassed and Arrested

Recently, personnel from Yishui County 610 Office, the Domestic Security Division, and the police station harassed and arrested practitioners.

November 8: Mr. Ma Shengcai from Chaishan, Longjiaquan Xiang, was arrested.

November 8: Ms. Wu Guangzhen and Mr. Liu Zhengxing from Huanglongwan Village, Cuijiayu Town were arrested.
November 10: Ms. Duan Jianlan from Wenzuogong Zhuang, Yishui Town, was arrested.
November 10: Mr. Zhao Kegui's home was ransacked in Bojiaping, Yishui Town, and his MP4 player was confiscated.
November 10: Xujiawa, Yishui Town residents Mr. Xu Yizhong and his wife, Ms. Kong Xianzhen's home was ransacked by more than 30 perpetrators. They were also arrested. Mr. Xu is currently detained at Yishui Detention Center while Ms. Kong has been released.
November 10: Ms. Tan Jifang from Yuandongtou Xiang was arrested.

10. [Xinyang, Henan Province] Ms. Ma Xiuying, in Her 70s, Arrested

Ms. Ma Xiuying, in her 70s, is retired from the Xinyang Woodworking Factory. She was recently arrested for distributing truth-clarification materials. Ms. Ma is now in the Xinyang First Detention Center.

11. [Tianshui, Gansui Province] Police Repeatedly Harass Ms. Wang Zhilan

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) personnel from Gangu County have harassed Ms. Wang Zhilan many times in an attempt to force her to give up her belief.

The authorities broke into Ms. Lan's home in the evening on September 29, 2011, and confiscated her Falun Dafa books. Practitioners who were also harassed at the same time included Mr. Wang Yuanxin and Mr. Wei Yuer from Baiyun Village, Shilipu Xiang, Gangu County.

The CCP secretary of Xinxing Town Political and Judiciary Committee andfour others broke into Ms. Wang's home again on October the 10^th and the 11^th to try to “transform” her, but to no avail.

Then, on October 13, personnel from Qijia Village Committee of Xinxing Town went to Ms. Wang's home to try to get her fingerprints and force her to give up her belief. They also failed.

On October 17, Gangu County Political and Judiciary Committee personnel, the Armed Forces of the Police Department, and Qijia Village Committee personnel harassed Ms. Wang in an attempt to “transform” her, but they were unsuccessful.

12. [Jinan, Shandong Province] Ms. Fu Yulan Arrested

Ms. Fu Yulan, in her 60s, was distributing Falun Gong informational materials near Shandong Provincial Library at around noon when she was arrested on November 9, 2011. The police also ransacked her home. Ms. Fu is currently in Zhangzhuanglu Detention Center in Jianan.

13. [Hengshui, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Heyin Arrested

Mr. Zhang Heyin was reported to the authorities for distributing truth-clarification materials in the market on November 11, 2011. As a result, he was arrested. Zhang Zhenshan, head of Zhaoquan Town Police Station, and three others then broke into and ransacked Mr. Zhang's home. Mr. Zhang is now in Hengshui Detention Center.

14. [Nantong, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xia Yuping Arrested

Plainclothes police officers arrested Ms. Xia Yuping from Tongzhou City on the afternoon of October 19 and took her to Nantong Brainwashing Center. Ms. Xia lives on her own while her husband works out of town. Their daughter studies in a different town.

15. [Wuxi, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhang Alian Arrested

Ms. Zhang Alian, in her 30s, was arrested at work on November 2, 2011. She is on a hunger strike to protest her arrest.

Ms. Wang Yuzhen was arrested in early July. Ms. Wang Minlai was summoned to the local police station on the morning of August 13 and arrested. Both practitioners have been held in Jinchenglu Brainwashing Center in Wuxi for more than three months.

Three sisters from Yao in the Lianyun District were arrested for distributing informational materials on November 9, 2011. They are currently in Lianyungang Detention Center.

17. [Binhai County, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xu Lan Arrested

Officers from the Binhai County Domestic Security Division of the Zhenghong Police Station broke into Ms. Xu Lan's home in Zhenghong Town on November 8, 2011. They arrested Ms. Xu and detained her in Tongyu Police Station. She was transferred to Binhai Detention Center on November 11. The police also ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong materials, two cell phones, and other personal items. This is the fifth time that Ms. Xu has been arrested for her belief.

18. [Wuhan, Hubei Province] Ms. Bao Wanhua Faces Further Persecution

Meiyuan Police Station officers in Wuchang arrested Ms. Bao Wanhua from Dingzi Bridge in the Wuchang District on the morning of September 6, 2011. She was released at around 9:00 p.m. that same day.

The police arrested Ms. Bao again on the morning of September 24 and confiscated her Falun Gong books and materials. She was taken to Erzhigou Women's Forced Labor Camp in Dongxihu for two weeks. She was then transferred directly to Banqiao Brainwashing Center in Hubei Province on October 9. Towards the end of October, Ms. Bao's family went to the Domestic Security Division to ask about her. They were only told, "[She] was given three years of forced labor and taken to Shayang Forced Labor Camp." Ms. Bao's family has still not been able to visit her. They also don't know where she is currently detained.

19. [Huangshi, Hubei Province] Ms. Lu Xiuping Arrested

Personnel from the local police station and the residential committee arrested practitioners Cao, Ms. Lu Xiuping, and Ms. Xu Qiuhua from their homes at around noon on November 11, 2011. All three practitioners were taken to Laoxialu CCP School.

20. [Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Qi Taken to a Brainwashing Center

Ms. Zhang Qi is a teacher at Xianning College. Officers from Xianning Police Department and Zou Yu of the Xianning 610 Office broke into Ms. Zhang's home, ransacked it, and arrested her. She was taken to Wuhan Brainwashing Center on the afternoon of November 9, 2011.

Ms. Zhang has been detained on so-called “criminal charges” in the past. She was also held in a forced labor camp for one-and-a-half years and twice in brainwashing centers.

21. [Tongliao, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Ji Liping Arrested

Ms. Ji Liping from the Kerxin District of Tongliao City was arrested for talking to people about Falun Gong in the afternoon on November 11, 2011. Wang Bo, captain of the Domestic Security Division, and others from the Kerxin District Police Department ransacked Ms. Ji's home.

Ms. Ji, 57, is a former employee of the Tongliao Real Estate Company. For the past 11 years, she has been constantly harassed by the police and residential committee. The perpetrators have also monitored her, arrested her, and ransacked her home in the past. She has been detained in Hexi Detention Center before and was tortured by being hung up and starved.

22. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Yilan County Flour Factory Harasses Practitioners

Li Jincai, deputy secretary of the Yilan County Flour Factory, and Wang Jinsheng went to Ms. Shi Rongxian and Ms. Fei Shuqin's homes on November 11, 2011. Both women have retired from the company. Sometime on November 15 or 16, personnel from the Heilongjiang Provincial Political and Judiciary Committee and the 610 Office met with Ms. Shi and Ms. Fei and threatened they would take both women to a brainwashing center if they continued to practice Falun Gong.

23. [Tianjin] Ms. An Xueyun Arrested

The police and the director of the village public security arrested 45-year-old Ms. An Xueyun from Liuzhuang Village, Chengguan Town, Wuqing District, in the afternoon on November 9, 2011. They also confiscated her computer, an MP4 player, Falun Dafa books, Teacher's photo, and a bag. Ms. An was taken to Wangzhuangxiang Police Station in the Wuqing District. At around 8:00 p.m. that same day, Ms. An's husband took her home.

The perpetrators are now limiting Ms. An's daily activities.
