Officers from the Yushu Domestic Security Division and staff from the Community Committee arrested Ms. Cui Zhanyun, almost 70 years old, along with Ms. Mei Yandong, about 40, and Ms. Pang Yali, in her fifties, on November 15, 2011. Ms. Cui's daughter, Ms. Li Shuhua was beaten to death by local officers in October, 2003.

Ms. He Meiqin from Shuiguohu, Wuhan was arrested at home around October 10, 2011. Her laptop computer, printer, MP5 player, Falun Gong books, and other items were confiscated. After being detained for 15 days, she was sent directly to a forced labor camp. Her admittance was denied because she failed a physical examination. Ms. He is now living at home under surveillance.

Fifteen practitioners held in the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp of Changchun were transferred to the Fenjin Forced Labor Camp of Changchun.

Ms. Ding Xueping and Ms. Li Huihui from Yilan County were arrested by chief Zhang Yingduo and other officers from the Domestic Security Division on October 29, 2011, and their homes were ransacked. Ms. Ding and Ms. Li were recently taken to the Harbin Second Detention Center. Ms. Ding started a hunger strike to protest her arrest. Guards then tortured her many times by tying her hands behind her back with one hand over her shoulder and the other hand against her lower back, putting shackles on her, and force-feeding her. She became very fragile as a result.

Ms. Tang Deheng from Guangde County Education Committee was arrested at home by agents from the local 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of November 15, 2011. Her home was ransacked and her laptop computer, printer, photos of Falun Gong's founder, and Falun Gong books were confiscated. Ms. Tang is being held in the Guangde County Detention Center.

15. [Binhai County, Jiangsu Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Ms. Xu Lan

Ms. Xu Lan from Zhenghong Town, Binhai County was arrested by officers from the County Domestic Security Division and the Zhenghong Police Station, who barged into her home on November 8, 2011. She was held at the village government office and at Tongyu Police Station. Four days later, she was taken to the Binhai Detention Center. Her home was ransacked and her money bills with facts about Falun Gong written on them, along with two cell phones and materials about Falun Gong, were confiscated.

Mr. Cao Shushi and other two practitioners from Huangshi were taken to the Shiwuye Community Brainwashing Center in Xialu District, Huangshi City on November 10, 2011.

Mr. Yue Liangzhen and his wife Ms. Zhang Huacui from Yongzhou City were arrested while they were grocery shopping on November 15, 2011. Their whereabouts are unknown.

19. [Nanning City, Guangxi Province] Ms. Lu Lihua Arrested

Ms. Lu Lihua, 35, from Jiangnan District, Nanning City, was arrested at home by officers from the Jiangnan Police Department on the evening of August 17, 2011. Her home was ransacked and her computer and Falun Gong materials confiscated. Ms. Lu was sentenced to one year of forced labor on November 1, 2011.
