Ding Jie, chief of the Fourth Women's Division in Harbin Forced Labor Camp, directed guard Lu Boya to torture Ms. Wang Shufan. Lu cursed and kicked Ms. Wang, and didn't allow Ms. Wang to go to bed before midnight. Ms. Wang was so sleep deprived that she passed out. Collaborator Shi Lijun was directed to stab Ms. Wang's palm with a nail. Li Ming, political instructor of the Third Division, pressed Ms. Chen Min to ground, straightened her legs, then ordered guard Lu Boya to beat her.

3. [Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Sun Qiang and Another Three Practitioners Sent to Forced Labor Camps

Mr. Sun Qiang, Mr. Zhang Shuwen, Ms. Zhang Yukun and Ms. Zhang Yujuan were arrested for talking about Falun Gong in Changbao on July 18, 2011. They are now sentenced to four years of forced labor. Mr. Sun Qiang is being held in the Suihua Forced Labor Camp of Heilongjiang. Mr. Zhang Shuwen, Ms. Zhang Yukun and Ms. Zhang Yujuan are being held in the Qianjin Forced Labor Camp of Heilongjiang.

Ms. Cao Lirong from Liaoyuan City was arrested at home on November 7, 2011. She is now being held at the Xiangyang Detention Center.

6. [Shanghai] Ms. Zhang Shuqin Persecuted

Agents, including Wang Jue from the Changning District 610 Office of Shanghai, barged into Ms. Zhang Shuqin's workplace (Shanghai Health Vocational Technical College) and conducted a search on the afternoon of October 9, 2011. They took Ms. Zhang to the Changning District Detention Center. After being held there for a month, Ms. Zhang became pale, emaciated, and suffered from high blood pressure.

Ms. Zhang was released on November 7, 2011.

7. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhu Guilu Arrested by Officers from Huangshan Police Station on the Morning of November 8, 2011

8. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Mei Arrested

Ms. Du Mei from Taoxu Township, Mengyin County was arrested by agents from the local 610 Office on the morning of November 8, 2011. Her parent's home was ransacked the same afternoon and Falun Gong books were confiscated. Her parents-in-law were also harassed.

9. [Golmud, Qinghai Province] Mr. Chen Jiping Taken to Brainwashing Center

Agents from the Qinghai Yanhu Groups Inc. Community in Golmud arrested Mr. Chen Jiping at his home on October 22, 2011, and took him to the Xining City Brainwashing Center in Qinghai.

10. [Tianjin] Mr. Cui Huanjun Arrested

Mr. Cui Huanjun from Nansi Village, Huangzhuang Township, Wuqing District, Tianjin was arrested by officers from the Huangzhuang Police Station on November 10, 2011.

11. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Weidong Arrested

Mr. Wang Weidong from the Nanbao Development Zone of Tangshan City is a landscape engineer and worked at the sixth team of Jidong Prison.

He was arrested at his workplace while his home was ransacked by officers from the Domestic Security Division of the Tangshan Police Department and Nanbao Development Zone Police Department on May 25, 2011. Mr. Wang was taken to the Tangshan Detention Center that same afternoon and transferred to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp of Tangshan after 15 days. On July 5, he was transferred to the Handan City Forced Labor Camp in secret.

Mr. Wang was transferred to the Tangshan No. 2 Detention Center on November 10, 2011.

Mr. Mu Yanbo from Zhenyuan County, Qingyang City was arrested by officers from the Zhenyuan Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of November 7, 2011. He is now being held in the Zhenyuan County Detention Center.

15. [Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province] Mr. Tian Hongmei and Others Persecuted

Agents from the Gaobeidian Police Department, Domestic Security Division and 610 Office arrested or harassed Ms. Hu Zhenchun, Ms. Tian Hongmei, Ms. Chu Xiaolan, Ms. Zhang Yuqin, Mr. Wang Tieqiang, Mr. Wang Yinpo and Ms. Wang Huanling.

Ms. Tian Hongmei and Ms. Wang Huanling were taken to the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Wang failed the physical examination and was released.

16. [Tianjin] Ms. Han Yuzhi's Home Ransacked

Officers from the Chengguan Police Station in Wuqing District, Tianjin and party secretary and village head in Dongnan Street barged into Ms. Han Yuzhi's home and confiscated her Falun Gong books, pictures of the founder of Falun Gong, and other items.

17. [Yichang City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wang Jimei Arrested

Ms. Wang Jimei from Yuye Village, Xiaoxita Town, Yiling District was arrested at her shoe store on Baihua Street by agents including Zuo Yong from the Domestic Security Division and Hu Qinghua from the 610 Office on the afternoon of November 10, 2011.

Agents from the 610 Office of Guilin Domestic Security Division and officers from Qixing District arrested Ms. Wang Xianglin in front of the apartment building where she lived on November 9, 2011. Her whereabouts are unknown.

19. [Pingchang County, Sichuan Province] Ms. Qin Xiaolin and Mr. Wu Bocheng Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Qin Xiaolin and Mr. Wu Bocheng from Pingchang County were taken to a brainwashing center by agents from the local 610 Office and the Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of November 8, 2011.

20. [Hainan Province] Mr. Qiu Honghai and Ms. Peng Guizhen Arrested

Mr. Qiu Honghai from Baoting, Hainan was once again taken to a brainwashing center by officers on the morning of November 10, 2011. Ms. Peng Guizhen was arrested around the same time.

21. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhang Xiaoling and Her Young Sister Ms. Zhang Yueqi Sent to Forced Labor Camp

Ms. Zhang Xiaoling and her young sister Ms. Zhang Yueqi were arrested by officers from the Huangpu District Police Station of Guangzhou on the afternoon of August 3, 2011. They were sent to a forced labor camp on September 2, 2011. Ms. Zhang Xiaoling was sentenced to two years of forced labor and Ms. Zhang Yueqi to one year. They are now being held in the Chatou Forced Labor Camp of Guangzhou.
