(Clearwisdom.net) Practitioner Ms. Wu Bilin has been arrested 12 times since the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) began its persecution of Falun Gong 11 years ago. This time, she has been detained at the Chenjiaji Brainwashing Center for six months and severely tortured. She is very weak. Her family members filed a complaint against the perpetrators, but the Jiangan District Procuratorate rejected it.

Ms. Wu was arrested for the 12th time on June 19, 2010 and put into detention at the Chenjiaji Brainwashing Center in Jiangan District, Wuhan. Sources say that her arrest this time was a retaliation from CCP officials. On April 30, Ms Wu accompanied practitioner Li Shihong's mother to present a complaint letter to the Jiangan District Court. Judge Wu Shanrong had police arrest the four practitioners, including Ms. Wu. Later on, the Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom) reported on the crimes committed by Judge Wu Shanrong, and the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong placed Wu Shanrong's case on file for investigation and prosecution. The Hubei Provincial 610 Office and Wuhan Municipal 610 Office then ordered the arrest and detention of Ms. Wu Bilin.

The director of the Jiangan District 610 Office, Hu Shaobin, personally ordered the physical and psychological torture of Ms. Wu at the brainwashing center. He was not able to “transform” Ms. Wu, so he tortured her. One day, perpetrators dragged Ms. Wu into a recreation room with Ping-Pong tables. They put a photo of the founder of Falun Gong on a chair and tried to force Ms. Wu to sit on it. She refused. Hu had his driver Zhang Jian and security guard Jiang Mingliang forcibly put her on top of the photo. Ms. Wu tried to escape from them, and hit her head against the Ping-Pong table in the process.

Party Secretary of Jiangan District Commission, Huang Weiguo, came to the brainwashing center and tried to “transform” Ms. Wu. Later, Hu tortured her a second and third time, each time worse than before. Hu threatened Ms. Wu that if she did not “transform,” she would be sentenced to prison.

Ms. Wu went on a hunger strike to protest Hu's crimes. The guards then tied her to a chair and force-fed her. She is very weak at the moment. In order to shift responsibility, the brainwashing center said that they would like to release her but the municipal government didn't approve it.

Ms. Wu's family members filed a complaint to the Procuratorate against Hu Shaobin for his illegal detention and torture of Ms. Wu. The Procuratorate soon dismissed the complaint.

Ms Wu's family is very worried about her health.
