(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Kong Yucui from Dongerying Township, Ji County, Tianjin City, was illegally arrested by Baojun Police Station officers on July 13, 2010, and held in the Ji County Detention Center for 15 days. The day after she was released, officers from the Dongerying Township Police Station told her to come to the police station to retrieve her bicycle. When she arrived, she was arrested once again and was sentenced to one year of forced labor.
After being taken to the Ji County Detention Center, Ms. Kong began a hunger strike to protest the imprisonment. The detention center police then transferred her to the Tianjin Forced Labor Camp. The labor camp medical intake unit evaluated her heart rate at over 200 beats per minute due to high blood pressure, so camp authorities refused to admit her. She was subsequently taken back to the Ji County Detention Center. Later, officials at Ji County Detention Center bribed the Tianjin Forced Labor Camp authorities with gifts and persuaded them to admit Ms. Kong.
Ms. Kong is currently on a hunger strike. Camp authorities attempted to send her back to the detention center, but the detention center refused to accept her.
On the morning of August 30, 2006, Ms. Kong had talked to people about Falun Gong while she was at the train station awaiting a train. She was arrested by the local police station officers and 610 Office agents, and detained at the Ji County Detention Center. Her home was also ransacked. During detention, they slapped her across her face and knocked out some of her teeth. She was later sentenced to forced labor and taken to Dagang Women's Forced Labor Camp in Tianjin. In the labor camp, the authorities ordered drug-addict inmates to monitor her day and night, and force her to sit on a small bench, from five in the morning until ten at night, without allowing any movement. They put drugs into her food without her knowledge and forced her to eat it.
