(Clearwisdom.net) Kunming City Intermediate Court officials held a trial for four women practitioners - Ling Li, Wang Yong, Dong Guifen and Zhang Xiuying, at 8:30 a.m. on November 19, 2009. The court officials did not announce the verdicts in court that day after the practitioners exposed the persecution inflicted on them in court, and their lawyers entered an innocent plea for them. However, based on fabricated evidence, the Kunming City Intermediate Court later issued guilty verdicts for the four practitioners on November 30, 2009. Ms. Ling was given a five-year prison term. The three other practitioners were each sentenced to three years in prison. Ms. Zhang will serve the sentence outside prison because of her old age and being severely ill, which requires medical parole.
