(Clearwisdom.net) (correspondent in Guangdong Province) Lin Weijia is six years old. In April of 2009, her mother, Yin Qi, her maternal grandmother, Xu Shujie, and her maternal grandfather, Yin Xunzhen, were arrested by Doumen District State Security Department police in Zhuhai City because they practiced Falun Gong and followed the principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. They have been kept in custody at Doumen No. 2 Detention Center.
Weijia used to be a very happy child. When she would come home from kindergarten she would happily follow her mother around. When Weijia lost her mother it was devastating to her! Weijia misses her mother so much, but instead of crying, Weijia just sits there quietly for a long time, motionless. Sometimes when she misses his mother terribly, she goes to her paternal grandmother and asks, "Will my mother come back to see me when I die?"
Today in China millions of Falun Gong practitioners are being persecuted. They are either detained or forced to leave home and become homeless in order to escape from the severe persecution. Consequently they are forced to separate from their families, and their children are left with relatives. Weijia is only one of the millions of children whose families are being persecuted.
